GUJCET 2025 Application Form

GUJCET Application Form 2025 will be available from January 25, 2025, on the official website at gujcet.gseb.org. Candidates will be able to apply for the GUJCET 2025 exam till February 25, 2025 in online mode. The direct link to apply for Gujarat CET 2025 exam will be updated here soon. Only those candidates who fill out the application form of GUJCET will be issued the GUJCET admit card 2025. All the candidates should check the Gujarat CET eligibility criteria 2025 before applying for the exam. The GUJCET registration process 2025 includes online registration, form filling, fee payment, uploading documents, etc.

Candidates must pay the GUJCET 2025 registration fees online via the SBI ePay system using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. The GUJCET application fee (with late fee) is INR 350 + INR 1200 = INR 1550. GSEB will open the GUJCET 2025 application correction window to allow students to edit or make changes to specific information within the stipulated period.

    Documents Required for GUJCET 2025 Application

    While submitting the application form for GUJCET, candidates are required to upload a few essential documents related to their details, identity proof, and academic qualifications. Before filling out the GUJCET 2025 Application Form, applicants are instructed to keep the following documents ready -

    Educational Documents: 

    • Candidate must have a scanned copy of their self-attested passing 10th and 10+2 standard mark sheet affiliated with a recognized university.

    Personal documents:

    • The candidate needs to have a scanned copy of the following documents -

      • Date of Birth certificate

      • Self-attested State Domicile certificate

      • Self-attested Caste category certificate

    Identity proof:

    • Candidate must have a scanned copy of his/her identity proof - 

      • Aadhaar Card

      • Voter card 

      • Passport 

      • Pan card

      • Driving Licence

    Note: An Aadhaar card is mandatory but if it is not available, the candidate can use any identity proof from the ones mentioned. 

    Scanned Copy of Photograph and Signature:

    • Both documents must be scanned and should only be in.jpg/.jpeg format. When scanning a signature or photograph, the image resolution should be at least 300 DPI (Dots per Inch).

    • The photo must be shot against a white or extremely bright background.

    • The candidate's face should dominate around 50% of the space in the shot, with a full facial view gazing squarely into the camera. The major characteristics of the face must not be obscured by hair, garments, or darkness. Both eyes, the nose, the cheeks, the mouth, and the chin should be visible.

    • Signature of the candidate in black or dark blue ink on white paper.

    • Please do not submit your mobile phone photos.

    •  Candidates should not wear spectacles with dark or coloured lenses; only clear lenses are permitted.

    • Candidate must have his/her scanned recent passport-size photograph in the mentioned format.

    • Candidate must have his/her scanned signature in the required pixels and format.

      How to Fill Out the GUJCET Application Form 2025?

      Candidates can access, fill out, and submit the application form of GUJCET 2025 from the official website at gujcet.gseb.org. Applicants must complete the form fill-up, document uploading, and fee payment. Any applicant who fails the deadline or does not satisfy the eligibility criteria shall have their candidature withdrawn and admission denied. 

      The step-by-step application process for GUJCET 2025 has been outlined below - 

      Step 1: Registration 

      The first step is visiting the official website of GSEB - gujcet.gseb.org. New applicants must select the 'New User' tab to create a login ID and password. The user must then input their User ID and password to log in. Demand Draft is another way that applicants can obtain a User ID. 

      Step 2: Payment of Fees

      The following step is to complete the online application fee payment using the registered mobile number or email, password, and captcha code. The GUJCET 2025 Application Fee can be paid with a debit/credit card, an internet banking account, or at an SBI branch, as well as online and push notifications (SBI cash offline payment). Candidates must print out the receipt following a successful payment. 

      Step 3: Filling Out the GUJCET 2025 Application Form 

      Candidates can fill out the application form after making a successful payment. The information that applicants must provide is listed below -

      Step 4: Uploading Documents

      Candidates must proceed to the next step and upload scanned images of their signature and photograph to the instructions on the application form.

      Step 5: Submission of the GUJCET Application Form 2025

      The final step is to review all the information and submit the application form.

      GUJCET Registration Fee 2025

      Candidates must note that the final submission of the GUJCET 2025 Registration Form shall be accepted only after the payment of the application fees. The payment can be made in online mode using any Credit card/Debit card/Net banking facility. Candidates who miss out on the application deadline will have to pay additional charges as a late fee.       GUJCET 2025 Correction Window Facility

      A provision for application form correction will be made accessible soon following form submission. All registered candidates who desire to make any modifications to their finished application form may do so during the application correction session. The changes must be submitted by mail or in person at the GUJCET Cell in Gandhinagar on or before the deadline for corrections. The form will be available on the website - gujcet.gseb.org.       Dear Student,

      No, you are not eligible for the GUJCET home state quota. For the home state quota, the candidate must have completed his/ her Class 10th & 12th from Gujarat Board. Candidates who have passed Class 10th & 12th from the CBSE board are eligible for the entrance exam. However, he/ she must have studied in a school located in Gujarat state as the domicile rule.
