Only those candidates who have successfully cleared the HP PAT 2025 exam are eligible to take part in the counselling process of HP PAT 2025. Candidates with a valid rank in the exam must participate in the HP PAT counselling 2025 process to secure a seat in their desired polytechnic course offered by their desired polytechnic institution. The HP PAT counselling process will be conducted in two rounds followed by a spot counselling session for the vacant seats. Step by Step Counselling Process of HP PAT 2025

The step by step process of HP PAT 2025 counselling is mentioned below.

• Registration: Candidates who have successfully cleared the exam will be eligible to register themselves for the counselling process of HP PAT
• Choice Filling: During the choice filling process candidates have to enter their preferred choice of college and course. Candidates are advised to mark as many choices as possible
• Seat Allotment Result: On the basis of the choices filled by the candidates, marks secured in the exam and availability of seats in various colleges the authorities will release the seat allotment result
• Document Verification & Admission: Candidates allotted seats in the seat allotment result have to download the seat allotment letter and report to the allotted college to complete the document verification and admission process.

The candidates must have the following documents handy with them during the HP PAT counselling process - 

• Class 10 marksheets and other certificates

• Class 12 marksheets and other certificates

• Certificate of birth

• Seat allotment letter

• Aadhar card

• Proof of domicile 

• Certificate of category (if applicable)

• Demand draft of fee payment

• Certificate of fitness

• Certificate of transfer (if applicable)

• Bank account number and IFSC code number

HP PAT Counselling 2025 - Spot Round

The exam conducting body will conduct the spot round of HP PAT 2025 counselling to fill the vacant seats (if any) after the completion of the three rounds. If vacant seats remain even after the third round, then the authorities will conduct a spot round of counselling via offline mode.
