Predict NowThe CG PPT counselling 2025 process is being conducted in three rounds. The CG PPT 2025 counselling consists of registration, seat allotment, reporting, document verification, and admission process. The seat allotment will be done on the rank obtained by the candidates, seat availability, and preference. Applicants should fill in the choices in the CG PPT 2025 counseling process in order of preference. Then the seats will be allotted considering the other factors as well.

Registration | Go to the official website of Chattisgarh Professional Examination Board Raipur and click on the “Register for CG PPT 2025” link. Enter basic details like name, CG PPT roll number, date of birth info, etc. Thereafter, you will receive the registration number for CG PPT counselling. Then, you have to log in again and go ahead with the rest of the registration process like entering the rest of the basic particulars, paying the counselling registration fee, etc |
Filling the choices | You have to enter your college and course choices from the list of available courses and colleges and lock their choices before the last date to do so |
Verification of Documents | You have to go to your respective document verification centres and get your documents and certificates verified. Do not forget to carry out all your important documents and certificates to your document verification centre on a particular day. Also, do not forget to collect your acknowledgment receipt after getting your documents verified |
Allocation of Seats | Based on the choices filled by you and the availability of seats in your desired institutions, the officials will carry out the seat allocation process |
Reporting at allocated institutions | Once you have been allocated a seat in one of the CG PPT participating colleges, you have to report at the particular college within the given time slot, submit your original documents and certificates and complete the final admission formalities to confirm your admission |
The candidates have to submit a copy of the following documents during the CG PPT counselling registration process -
Class 10 certificate or date of birth certificate as age proof
Qualifying exam mark sheet
CG PPT 2025 exam scorecard
Domicile certificate
Certificate of caste (if applicable)
BPL certificate (if applicable)
The tie-breaking rules come into effect when two or more candidates are stuck on the same CG PPT rank or marks. The CG PPT tie-breaking rules have been discussed below -
A candidate who has a higher mark in Mathematics is allocated higher rank
A candidate who is older than the other candidate/s is allocated higher rank
A candidate who has a higher qualifying exam aggregate is allocated higher rank
The candidates have to submit the following documents at their respective allocated colleges during the final CG PPT admission process -
Provisional letter of allotment
Transfer certificate
Income certificate (for candidates belonging to the reserved categories)
Gap certificate (if applicable)
Certificate of character (from institute attended previously)
Certificate of migration
Aadhar card

While completing the registration of the CG PPT counseling applicants will get an option to pay the fees online. The payment of the fees has to be made online via credit or debit card, or net banking. There is no other mode of payment for the counseling fee.

Applicants need to have an admit card/score card for the exam, 10 mark sheet/passing certificate, domicile certificate, character certificate, migration certificate, category certificate, option form printout, latest passport-size photographs, provisional allotment letter, and Aadhar card for the counseling process.
The CG PPT counseling is held in three phases; applicants need to score minimum marks and register for counseling to be eligible for the seat allotment. The registration and seat allotment will be done individually for all the rounds.
