Given below are the steps to fill HPU MAT 2025 application form
Registration:
Go to the official website of HPUBS.
Click on the link 'Apply Online HPU MAT 2025' and select a programme.
After that, enter your basic details such as Name, Date of Birth, Email ID and Mobile Number and click on the 'Save' tab available at the bottom of the page.
The system will automatically generate a unique Registration Number along with the password that will be sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number.
Completing the HPU MAT 2025 Application Process:
After successful completion of the registration process, click on the 'Continue' tab to fill other required details such as Name, Parent's and Guardian's name, Aadhaar Card Number, Address, Gender, Nationality, class 10 and 12 marks, Graduation Marksheet percentage and so on.
To save the data, click on the 'Continue and Save' tab at the bottom of the page.
Uploading of Documents:
In this step, you have to upload a scanned copy of your mark sheet and certificates as per the following specifications:
Photograph should be 100 KB in .jpeg or .jpg format only.
Signature should be of 10 characters with maximum file size should be 100 KB and only in .jpg or .jpeg format
Mark sheet and Certificates should be of 2 MB only in PDF format.

For offline registration, you will be required to buy the prospectus from the admission counter of the HPUBS campus. You can also fill the form and submit it at the admission counter with a cash payment of the application fee.
Apart from this, you can download the form from the official website of the HPUBS and submit it offline by paying the application fee through a demand draft in favour of HPUBS payable at Shimla at the following address:
