JCECE BSc Participating Colleges List: Required documents for Counselling

The JCECE 2025 counselling will be conducted online based on the combined merit list and category-wise merit lists created by the authority. The JCECE counselling is held in two phases.

Eligible candidates can register for JCECE Counselling 2025 by paying INR 400 in counselling fees (INR 250 for SC/ST/female applicants). JCECE 2025 will have two rounds of counselling. All candidates who did not receive a seat in the JCECE Seat Allotment for Round 1 are eligible for Round 2 counselling. JCECE 2025 candidates will have the opportunity to update their selections during the second round of counselling.

JCECE counselling 2025 requires candidates to bring the following documents, both originals and self-attested photocopies, as well as their original documents.

  1. Class 12 diploma.
  2. Class 10 diploma.
  3. Local Resident Certificate (given by Jharkhand State SDO (Civil)/DC)
  4. Certificates of caste issued by the State of Jharkhand's SDO(Civil)/DC
  5. 1 passport-size photo
  6. Disability Certificate for JCECE 2025 Admit Card issued by Medical Superintendent/CMO/Hospital Head.

Please note: If a Class 12 or Class 10 Original Diploma is not available, then an Admit card, grade report, and temporary diploma are also accepted.
