The official notification for the JCECE exam was released on 19th April 2025 on the official website. The JCECE BSc Agriculture Exam 2025 will be conducted on 15th June 2025.  The JCECE BSc Agriculture application form was released on 20th April 2025, the last date to submit the application form is 20th May 2025. JCECE admit cards are expected to be available by the end of May 2025. Students must note that the examination centres are Ranchi and Dumka Headquarters only. 

The JCECE B.Sc Agriculture Result 2025 is likely to be released in July 2025. The JCECE 2025 cut-off marks will be published in the form of opening and closing ranks. After the results are announced, the JCECE B.Sc Agriculture Counselling is expected to begin in July/August 2025 in online mode.

The full form of JCECE is Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination. JCECE is a state-level entrance exam conducted annually by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) under the Government of Jharkhand. JCECE is conducted for admission to various degree programs, including BSc (Hons) in Agriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering, Dairy Technology, and Bachelor of Fisheries Science, within Jharkhand.

JCECE BSc Agriculture 2025 exam is conducted for candidates seeking admission to a BSc agriculture course in Jharkhand. Candidates with a 10+2 diploma from a recognised board can take the JCECE 2025 BSc Agriculture exam. The JCECE Board oversees the Jharkhand Combined Admission Competitive Examination (JCECE). Candidates seeking admission to various undergraduate courses at government and private colleges throughout the state will be eligible to take the JCECE BSc Agriculture 2025 exam.

To apply for the JCECE BSc Agriculture program in 2025, students must accurately fill out the application form and review the JCECE B.Sc Agriculture eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. Admit cards for registered students will be issued in April 2025 Tentatively. The exact release date for the admit card will be announced soon along with the official notification. Applicants must note that students must download it as soon as it's available. The admit card is extremely important for all students.

How to Fill the JCECE BSc Agriculture Application Form?

The detailed steps to fill out the JCECE BSc Agriculture application form 2025  is highlighted below:

Step 1 – JCECE BSc Agriculture 2025 Registration

• Students must visit the official website for JCECE BSc Agriculture @ jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in/
• On the homepage, select ‘All Online Application Submission – JCECE 2025
• On the next page, students must register themselves by filling in details such as the Name of the Candidate, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Mail ID, Gender, Category, and contact number
• Once the details are filled, the student's registration ID will be sent to the registered mobile number and mail ID.

Step 2 – Filling the JCECE BSc Agriculture 2025 Application Form

• Once the registration ID is generated, students must log in using their registration ID and Date of Birth
• Students must then fill in all the details in the JCECE 2025 application form and then click ‘Proceed’

Step 3 – Uploading the Documents

• In this step, students must upload their passport photograph, signature, and left thumb impression in the required format
• Once the documents are uploaded, carefully check all the details filled on the form and click ‘Submit’

Step 4 – Application Fee Payment

• Students will then be directed to the JCECE BSc Agriculture 2025 registration fee page, here students are required to fill the online payment details
• The JCECE 2025 BSc Agriculture application form fee can be paid through Credit Card /Debit Card / Net Banking/UPI

Step 5 – Submission of Form

• Students must submit the form and print a copy of the JCECE BSc Agriculture application form 2025 after paying the JCECE 2025 application fee.

The JCECE 2025 eligibility criteria contain details of the student's age, category, nationality, and academic qualifications. Students must meet specific requirements to be eligible for the JCECE B.Sc Agriculture 2025

• Students must be between 17 and 22 by July 1 of the admission year.
• Students need to complete their 10+2 education or an equivalent exam from a recognized board or university, with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. 
• Students must achieve at least 50% in the Science stream in their 10+2 exams.
•  Lastly, students should be medically fit and pass a medical examination conducted by the institute's board.

The exam pattern for the 2025 JCECE BSc Agriculture is as follows:

• Number of Questions: 150 multiple-choice questions.
• Exam Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes for PCM and PCB; 3 hours and 20 minutes for PCMB.
• Subjects Included: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Agriculture.
• Languages: English and Hindi.

JCECE Marking Scheme: 1 mark for correct answers, ¼ mark will be deducted for incorrect answers. 

The JCECE BSc Agriculture admit cards for registered students will be issued in the last week of May 2025, tentatively. JCECE BSc Agriculture admit cards provide information regarding the subject group, the student's name, father's name, date of birth, photograph, category, and the name and address of the centre assigned to the candidate. 

Students planning to appear for the exam should regularly check the official website jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in to stay updated on all the latest announcements regarding the admit card release.

JCECE Result 2025 is expected to be released in May 2025 on the official website of JCECEB, which is jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. The authority will prepare the JCECE 2025 exam results based on the final answer key. A category-wise merit list based on the student's marks is also released along with the result.

The official answer key from JCECEB, found at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in, will determine the final results. The JCECE 2025 Answer Key is expected to be available in April 2025. Coaching centres usually provide unofficial answer keys right after the exam.

The JCECE BSc Agriculture Answer Key lets you check your answers, calculate your scores, and evaluate your performance before the official results come out from the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. 

The JCECE B.Sc Agriculture Cutoff 2025 is the minimum score students need to pass the exam. The JCECE B.Sc Agriculture cut-off will be available online on the official website of the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. 

The JCECE 2025 cut-off marks will show the opening and closing ranks. The cut-off may differ based on the student's category, the courses they choose, and the institutes they select. Students who score above the cut-off will get a better rank for admission to their preferred colleges.

JCECE Counselling 2025 will be conducted after the JCECE BSc Agriculuture result 2025 is released. Counselling will be conducted online for students. A student's merit rank in the entrance examination will determine their call for counselling.  Only qualified students of the entrance exam will be able to take part in the JCECE counselling process 2025.

The JCECE Counselling 2025 will be organised in 3 rounds for qualified candidates registration process, choice filling, downloading the provisional allotment letter, documents uploading for verification, and reporting to the allotted institution.

During counselling, students must select a course and institute based on their preferences. As seats become available, they will be allocated by the student's choices.

Students who will be eligible for the JCECE BSc Agriculture counselling process 2025 will be decided through the merit list of the JCECE BSc agriculture exam. 

The JCECE BSc Agriculture seat allotment process consists of 3 main steps:

• Register Online
• After registration, select your preferred seats.
• Once you’ve made your choices, lock them in to finalize your selections.

Seats will be assigned based on your rank and preferences. After the allotment, you can download your provisional seat allotment letter. If students are not satisfied with their seats in the first round, they can participate in the second round of counselling. Students will need to follow the same steps to select a seat during this round.

If students are happy with their allotment, proceed to the assigned institute for document verification and to pay your tuition fee. Be prepared to present the required documents for verification.

The JCECE 2025 seat allotment results will depend on your merit rank, the choices students made during counselling, and the availability of seats. To confirm admission, they must pay a fee of Rs. 1000. After payment, collect the provisional seat allotment letter and report to the assigned college. Students will need to pay the remaining fees at that institution.

The JCECE Board will set the syllabus for the 2025 exam. The exam will include questions from Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics based on the 12th-grade level.

Students should review the syllabus to prepare for the exam. The official syllabus for 2025 will be released in April 2025 along with the exam notification. It is expected that there will be no changes to the syllabus for the upcoming session, but any updates will be shared here if they occur.

Subject Groups for JCECE Bsc Agriculture

PCM Group: For candidates who have completed their I.Sc / 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as their main subjects, and who wish to appear for the Competitive Examination focusing on these three subjects, will be categorised under the PCM Group. During the examination, these students will be required to answer questions specifically from the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics syllabi.

PCB Group: Students who have completed their I.Sc / 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as their main subjects, and who intend to take the Competitive Examination with questions from these three subjects, will be classified as the PCB Group. In the examination, these candidates will need to provide answers to questions related to Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

PCMB Group: Students who have completed their I.Sc / 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects, and who have also studied Mathematics as an additional subject, and who are interested in appearing for the Competitive Examination covering Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, will be designated as the PCMB Group. During the examination, these candidates will be required to answer questions from the Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology subject areas.

Students will answer 150 or 200 questions in 3 or 4 hours, depending on your subject group. To succeed, practice daily with a time limit to improve speed and accuracy.  Regularly solve past questions and MCQs to understand the pattern and improve performance.

Focus on the following topics. 

• In Mathematics, 3D Geometry, Matrices, Calculus, Quadratic Equations, Complex Numbers, Probability, Hyperbola, and Parabola. 
• In Physics, Formula-based questions, as are frequently repeated. 
• In Biology, PGR, Human Health, Cells, Biological Classification, Reproduction, and Living World topics. 
• In Chemistry, Biomolecules, Chemical Bonding, S, P, D, and F-Block Elements.
