How to Fill JIPMER PG Application Form 2020 (July Session)

Applicants can follow the step-wise procedure to fill JIPMER PG application form 2020:

Step 1: Registration

• Applicants have to register themselves by clicking on the “MD/MS Admission July 2020 - Apply Online” link.

• To continue further, applicants have to enter their Name, Email-ID, Date of birth, Mobile number and Captcha code.

• After entering the details, candidates have to click on the “Register” tab.

Note: Applicant’s Username and Password are sent on applicants' registered Email-IDs for future login purposes.

Step 2: Filling Personal Details

Applicants are required to fill their:

• ID Proof and Category Details- Applicants can use any of the identity proofs such as Passport/Aadhaar Card/Employee ID/Driving License/Bank passbook with photograph/Voter’s ID Card/Medical Council Card/Domicile certificate having a photograph.

• Qualification Details- Applicants are required to provide details regarding their qualifying examination, internship and medical registration and they need to enter details about their university, state medical council, MCI registration number, parent’s educational qualification and their annual income, etc.

• Contact Details- Applicants must also provide their mobile number, present and permanent address details and E-mail ID.

Step 3: Choice of Examination Centre

Applicants can pick the exam centre of their choice for JIPMER PG 2018. Exam centres are allotted to applicants on the first-come-first-serve basis from the availability list.

Step 4: Upload Scanned Signature and Photographs

• Applicants are required to upload their scanned Passport size Photograph and Signature in jpeg format with size 300 kb.

• The Photograph should be in black and white with a light background.

• The Signature should be done on a white plain paper.
