Documents Required for Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application Form

Candidates who will be applying for the Karnataka PGCET 2025 exam are required to keep the following documents ready before filling out the Karnataka PGCET application form 2025.

Passport Size Photograph

The scanned copy of a passport size photograph should be between 5KB to 40 KB.

Signature

The scanned copy of the signature should be between 5KB to 40 KB. The candidates should do the signature on white paper with Blue or Black ink.

Thumb Impression (Left Hand)

The scanned version of the Thumb Impression of candidates should not be more than 40 KB and less than 5 KB. The thumb impression should be in Blue or Blank ink.

How to Fill Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application Form?

Candidates can fill out the Karnataka PGCET 2025 application form by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Registration

  • Visit the official website of Karnataka PGCET, and fill in the specified details such as Name, Gender, Contact Details, etc.

  • After entering the details, you will receive a User ID and a password on your registered E-mail ID and mobile number for further login purposes.

Step 2: Filling the Required Details in Karnataka PGCET Application Form 2025

After completing the registration process, enter the academic details, personal details, and contact details to proceed further.

Step 3: Uploading the Documents

This step involves uploading the scanned copies of the latest colored Photograph, Left-thumb Impression, Signature, and Parent Signature in JPG/JPEG format.

Step 4: Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application Fee Payment

  • For the General category, applicants will have to pay INR 650, whereas reserved category applicants will have to pay INR 500 as an application fee

  • The payment can be made at any branch of the specified bank

  • Applicants must select the bank challan and take a print out of the same for future references

  • Applicants will get two copies of the challan after the payment is completed, and one copy will be retained by the bank itself

  • Applicants must take a print out for future references

You can sit for the Karnataka PGCET exam for CSE paper even after being an ECE non-Karnataka student. There are no restrictions for students of other states to join the Karnataka PGCET exam.
