KCET 2025

KCET Eligibility Criteria 2025

To apply for KCET 2025, candidates must meet certain criterias set by the KEA. This set of parameters to check the eligibility of the applicants is called the KCET 2025 eligibility criteria. The official notification regarding the eligibility will be released soon on the website. The previous year's KCET Eligibility Criteria have been mentioned for reference. The eligibility criteria for KCET 2025 for engineering courses require students to have completed the 12th grade or its equivalent from a recognized board or authority. Those currently in the 12th grade are also eligible to apply. Additionally, students must have completed the 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology from a recognized board and obtained a minimum of 45% in PCM/PCB subjects (40% for restricted categories). For B.Pharma, candidates must have completed class 12th with 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology from a recognized board, with a 5% relaxation for the SC/ST category. B.V.Sc. & A.H. requires a minimum 12th-grade average of 50% in PCB and English, with a 5% relaxation for the SC/ST category. For B.Arch, a minimum 12th-grade average of 50% is required, with Mathematics as a mandatory subject and a valid JEE Main (Paper 2) or NATA scorecard. Candidates for BDS/MBBS/AYUSH programmes must have a 12th-grade average of 50% in PCB, with English as a required subject and a valid NEET scorecard.

KCET Application form 2025

Karnataka Examination Authority will release the KCET 2025 application form tentatively on the second week of January 2025 on their official website. Candidates can fill out the KCET application form for 2025 at kea.kar.nic.in. The KCET 2025 registration process involves registering, filling out the form, uploading documents, and paying the fee. It's important to note that the KCET application form for 2025 will only be available online. After submitting the KCET 2025 application form, the Karnataka Examination Authority will not allow any changes to personal information. It's best to fill out the KCET application form within the stipulated time to avoid payment issues at the last minute. The deadline for the KCET 2025 application form will be in the second week of February 2025.

KCET Exam Pattern 2025

KCET 2025 will be a written exam and will be held in three sessions for the subjects Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. As per the KCET exam pattern 2025, the exam can be taken in English or Kannada. Each session will last for 1 hour and 20 minutes. The questions will be multiple-choice, and there will be a total of 180 questions, with 60 questions for each subject. For each correct answer, 1 mark will be given, and there is no negative marking.

KCET Syllabus 2025

The syllabus of KCET 2025 exam will be released by the KEA in the KCET 2025 Information Brochure. Candidates must have in-depth knowledge about the topics covered under the KCET 2025 syllabus before beginning their preparations.  It should be noted that the KCET syllabus is based on the first and second-year PUC syllabus as defined by the Karnataka State Department of Pre-University Education. 

KCET Admit Card 2025

Karnataka Examination Authority will release KCET hall ticket 2025 on the first week of April 2025 at kea.kar.nic.in. The hall ticket of KCET 2025 will be available only in online mode. Candidates who have registered successfully can get their KCET admit card from kea.kar.nic.in 2025. To download the KCET 2025 admit card, candidates will need the KCET 2025 application number and the first four letters of their name. On the day of the exam, candidates need to make sure to bring their KCET hall ticket 2025 and a valid photo ID with them. After downloading the KCET hall ticket 2025, please check all the details on it.

KCET Result 2025

Karnataka Examination Authority will release the KCET 2025 results on the first week of June 2025 on its official website at at kea.kar.nic.in. To check your results, you will need your KCET 2025 registration number and the first four letters of your name.
