Medium of KMAT Kerala 2025
The question paper medium of KMAT Kerala 2025 will be English, wherein each question in the exam will be asked in the English language.
All the candidates will have to provide the answers in the English language.
Mode of KMAT Kerala 2025
KMAT Kerala 2025 will be held online (computer-based mode).
The questions will be objective.
Each candidate will have to submit one response out of four provided in the question paper.
Duration of KMAT Kerala 2025
To solve all the questions in the exam, candidates will be provided 3 hours.
Candidates must note that there is no restriction regarding attempting a particular section within a given time frame.
Total Number of Sections in KMAT Kerala 2025
In the entrance examination, candidates will be required to attempt four sections namely English Language Usage & Reading Comprehension, Data Sufficiency & Logical Reasoning, and General Knowledge & Current Affairs.
Section A- English Language Usage & Reading Comprehension
Here, in this section, the knowledge and proficiency in the English language will be judged. Candidates will be asked to answer questions of the unseen passages. Mostly the questions asked are direct, and the difficulty level of this section is easy to moderate.
Section B: Quantitative Aptitude
In this section, the candidate's basic mathematical ability will be tested. The level of difficulty for this section is moderate to high most of the time. Quantitative Aptitude is regarded as one of the major scoring sections of the KMAT exam. The questions in the Quantitative Aptitude section of the KMAT exam might be either in the form of sets or individual ones.
Section C: Data Sufficiency & Logical Reasoning
In this section, questions related to reasoning and logical thinking will be asked. Various questions regarding numbers, numerical calculations, and arithmetic problems involving percentage, interest, ratio & proportion, time and speed, etc will be tested. Also, in this section, questions can be asked from Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Interpretation of tables, graphs, charts, etc.
Section D: General Knowledge & Current Affairs
To prepare for the General Knowledge & Contemporary Business Scenario section, there is no exact syllabus. However, this section will test candidates’ GK from the past and present. For this section, candidates must be well aware of the current scenario at the state, national and international levels and should read newspapers and magazines, watch TV, and listen to the news to know the happenings around the globe
