The merit list has been formulated based on the marks obtained by the candidates. The number of candidates to be qualified for Assistant Professor shall be equal to 6% of the candidates who appeared in both Papers 1 & 2 of KSET. To be qualified for Assistant Professor, candidates must have appeared in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 and have secured a minimum of 40% (120 aggregate marks out of 300) taken together for General (unreserved) category and at least 35% (105 aggregate marks out of 100) for candidates belonging to reserved categories. The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has announced the results for all 41 subjects, which include Commerce, Kannada, Economics, English, and many others. Yes, there is a merit list for KSET 2025. Following the exam, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) publishes a subject-wise and category-wise merit list on its official website. The list contains the names of candidates who have passed the Assistant Professor post based on their performance in Paper I and Paper II. To qualify, you have to obtain the minimum qualifying marks and be among the top 6% of the candidates who sat for both papers.
