Mental Ability (40%)
The purpose of this segment is to assess the aspirants' reasoning ability. It also aids in determining how accurately applicants think. This test will include questions on Series, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Relationship, Analogies, Classification, Dice Problems, and other topics in either verbal or nonverbal form.
General Knowledge (30%)
This section aims to assess the students' knowledge of local, national, and international events, including past events, current affairs, science and technology, history, geography, civics, political science, and literature in general.
Teacher Aptitude (30%)
The part aims to determine the ability of the applicant to become a teacher. It will include questions about the eagerness to learn new things, leadership abilities, awareness of changes in education and society, communication and professional commitment, and so on.
MAH B.Ed CET ELCT English Language Content Test Exam Analysis Overview
Candidates seeking admission to English Medium Colleges must take the English Language Content Test (ELCT) in addition to the MAH B.Ed CET and must select particular ELCT options when filling out the MAH B.Ed CET online application form.
As per the previous trends of the MAH B.ED CET ELCT, the Test consists of Multiple Choice Objective Type Questions with four options. There is no Negative Marking for MAH B.Ed CET, and the duration will be 60 Minutes. The exam's medium was in English, and the mode was online.
The questions are typically based on topics like Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary Focus, Grammar Focus, Sentence Formation, Phonetics, Verbal Idioms, and Proverbs, Figures of speech. Among those sub-topics, the Reading Comprehension section has twenty questions, Grammar Focus has eight questions, and sentence formation has seven questions. Topics like Vocabulary Focus, Verbal Idioms, and Proverbs has five questions each.
