  • Candidates who gained MAH B.Ed CET seat allotment are required to report to the assigned institute/ college (Admission Reporting Centre) to confirm the allocation
  • At the time of college reporting, the candidates must produce all the original certificates and documents in support of their academic qualifications, and other claims made in the application form.
  • Apart from the certificates, candidates must bring the “Provisional Allotment Letter”.
  • If the aspirants fail to put forward the necessary documents, then their seat allotment shall be withdrawn and the seat will be made available for allocation for the upcoming rounds.
  • After allotment to a Female candidate of the Backward Class Category or Open Category, if a seat remains unfilled, then such seats shall be allocated to the Male candidates from the respective Backward Class or Open Category. 
  • While accepting the allocated seat, candidates have to pay a  Seat Acceptance Fee via the candidate’s login at the Admission Reporting Centre. 
  • The Reporting Centre will confirm the seat after the officials finish the original document verification and confirm that the candidate satisfies all the eligibility criteria.
  • The concerned centre then will issue an online receipt of acceptance to the candidate.
  • The seat acceptance fee is non-refundable.
  • After the document verification and any other significant formalities are completed, candidates can pay the admission fees.

MAH BEd CET 2025 Seat Allotment Guidelines

  • The conducting authorities will carry out the allotment for rounds I, II, and III and of state-level seats per the Inter-Se-Merit of candidates having candidature of the Maharashtra State. Apart from that, the college options and vacancies will also be given due importance.
  • During the seat allocation at any stage, the aspirants may get an upward shift in the seat allotment depending on seat availability then and web options.
  • In the unaided private professional educational institutions/ colleges, there shall be no reservation under the various categories while seat allotment is being done. All reserved category candidates including those from the SBC quota will be counted for allocation in all stages. 
  • If the admission conducting authority has allocated the seat to a candidate which is as per their first preference, then that allotment will be retained as final.
  • If a candidate does not report to the assigned centre/ institute/ college, for seat acceptance, then the authorities will consider that the aspirant has rejected the allocation offer.

MAH B.Ed CET 2025 Allocation of Seats

The percentage of seats allocated to various sorts of candidates in State Level categories shall comply with Government policy.

Institutional Quota Seats - There are no Institute-level quotas for education colleges.

NRI or Foreign Student or OCI or PIO Candidature - The Competent Authority may fill up to 5% of the seats with NRI, Foreign Student, OCI, or PIO candidates. The remaining seats for this NRI, Foreign Student, OCI or PIO quota remain unfilled.

Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature - The number of seats for this quota will be determined by the Government's policy. The Competent Authority shall fill these seats within the Course's sanctioned intake limit.

The remaining seats are allocated based on Maharashtra State Candidature Seats, All India Candidature Seats, and Minority Quota Seats.

MAH B.Ed CET 2025 Seat Allotment Reservations

All of the reservations listed below are only available to Maharashtra State candidates who meet the eligibility conditions stated by the respective authorities from time to time. The percentage of seats designated for applicants from Maharashtra's backward class groups is shown below. The percentage of reservations refers to the proportion of seats allocated for Maharashtra candidates under the CAP. 

If they have the necessary documents, backward class candidates must claim the category to which they belong while submitting their CAP application form. Candidates with caste certificates from states other than Maharashtra will be considered Open Category candidates. If they applied for CET under the reserved category, they must pay the difference in fees to transfer to the open category.
