Tie Breaker for MAH B.Ed CET 2025

If two or more applicants receive the same number of points and percentages, the tie-breaker is taken into account while creating the merit list. The applicants vying for Maharashtra State Seats, All India Seats, and J&K Migrant Seats are ranked according to their percentile when creating the merit list. If a candidate in the MAH B.Ed CET 2025 receives an equal score and percentile, the following order of preference is taken into account for the determination of the relative merit:

• If there is a tie, the candidate with the higher percentage of total marks in the higher secondary (Class XII) exam or any equivalent exam will be given preference. If a tie still exists then;
• Candidates should be chosen if they received a greater percentage of the total marks in the senior secondary (Class X) or its equivalent examination; if a tie still exists, then;
• Candidates older in age will be taken into consideration based on their birth date.
