About MPPSC 2024 (Main Exam Schedule Out)

The MPPSC 2024 Main exam schedule has been released and the exam will take place from October 21 to October 26, 2024. The registration window for MPPSC Main examination will open on August 6, 2024, and the registration deadline is set for September 5, 2024. The application correction window will be open from August 9 to September 10, 2024. The MPPSC 2024 Main Exam Admit Card is expected to be released on October 11, 2024.

The MPPSC 2024 Preliminary exam, initially scheduled for April 28, 2024, was postponed to June 23, 2024. Correspondingly, the admit card download date has been revised to June 12, 2024, from the earlier date of April 20, 2024. The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) officially released the notification for the State Service Examination (SSE) on March 15, 2024. The MPPSC application window was released online on March 21, 2024, and closed on April 20, 2024. The application correction window was available from March 27 to April 22, 2024.  Applicants were also able to make necessary edits to their application forms during this period. The result date for the MPPSC SSE will be announced on the official MPPSC website. Candidates are advised to regularly check the website for updates regarding the results and other important notifications.

MPPSC conducts a State service exam every year to recruit candidates for various posts like Deputy Collector, Commercial Tax Officer, etc. Based on MPPSC Exam Pattern 2023 the prelims exam consists of two mandatory objective type exams with four options i.e. General Studies as Paper 1 and as Paper 2 either General Studies/ CSAT Paper/ Aptitude Paper. MPPSC 2024 Selection Process

Every year, the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) holds a State Service Examination to fill positions such as trade tax officer, deputy collector, and deputy chief of police. According to the job description, the MPPSC Exam comprises three phases: Prelims, Mains, and Interviews. It occurs once a year.

The MPPSC exam consists of three phases:

  • Pre-examination (objective type with four options),
  • Main examination (written/subjective examination),

MPPSC Prelims Exam 2024

Pre-examinations, the initial stage of the hiring process, are required of candidates who have applied for the MPPSC State Service Exam. A total of 200 multiple-choice questions worth 2 marks each will be included in the MPPSC Prelims Exam, which will be an objective style of paper.

There are a total of 400 total points available for the pre-examination, which lasts for 4 hours. Only applicants whose scores are equal to or greater than the MPPSC thresholds for the preliminary seats will be chosen for the next step of the selection process, the MPPSC Mains Exam.
