MPPSC Selection Process 2024

The MPPSC Selection Process 2024 is divided into three stages, i.e., Prelims, Mains, and Interviews. Stage 1 of the MPPS 2024 selection process consists of the Prelims exam and stage 2 consists of the MPPSC Mains exam. To reach the first stage to the second stage of the MPPSC Selection Process 2024, a candidate has to score above or equal to the cutoff marks required to pass the MPPSC Prelims exam 2024. A specific cutoff is prescribed by MPPSC for Prelims and Mains exams based on which the candidates are selected. Once the candidate qualifies for both stages, they are eligible to participate in the interview round, which is the 3rd stage of the selection process. MPPSC Selection Process 2024 - Stage 1

Candidates who have succefully submitted MPPSC Application Form 2024 must first show up for the preliminary exam, which is the first phase of the hiring process. The MPPSC Prelims Exam is an objective-type test with a total of 200 multiple-choice questions for a maximum of two points each. The preliminary test carries 400 total points and has a four-hour time limit. Only those applicants who achieve the MPPSC cutoff marks for the preliminary exam will be chosen to move on to the MPPSC Mains Exam, which is the next phase of the selection process.

MPPSC Selection Process 2024 - Stage 3

The interview or Personality Test is the final stage in the MPPSC selection process 2024. There is no minimum cutoff specified by MPPSC for the interview, and the candidates shall be assessed on the basis of their performance. A final MPPSC Result 2024will be released after the Interview, and the candidates who feature in the final merit list are eligible for recruitment. During this round of interviews, interviewers interact with each chosen applicant and pose inquiries related to a variety of topics, including their school background, prior work experience, etc. The major goal of this round is to assess the applicants' analytical, soft, and situational abilities as well as their mental agility and situational intelligence.
