MU OET 2025 counselling has been commenced on the official website of Manipal University. You can find the direct link to the document verification portal on this page. In order to log in to the document upload portal, you will have to enter your credentials such as your application number & password. While uploading the required documents, you need to make sure that they are within the specified size. The authority is conducting the MET counselling for both phases. MET Counselling 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for MET counselling 2025, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:-

• You must have a valid MET 2025 rank.
• You must have passed a recognized board's 10+2 / A-Level / International Baccalaureate (IB)/American High School Diploma or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, and English as obligatory subjects.
• A minimum aggregate grade of 50% in Physics, Mathematics, and one of the optional courses is required. You must have obtained at least the board's minimum pass marks in each of these topics.
• Those who have taken or are awaiting the results of their 10+2 / A Level / IB / American High School Diploma or Equivalent board examinations are also eligible for counselling if they meet the aforementioned conditions.

MET 2025 Counselling Procedure

For a better understanding of the counselling, you can read the procedure given in detail. The processes are explained below:-

Registration and Choice Filling:

• You will have to visit the official website of the authority and then log in with the help of your registered mobile number & password.
• At the counselling venue, you will have to get the registration form and fill in the required details.
• You have to first fill in your choices of colleges and streams while registering for the MET 2025 Counselling Process.
• Remember to attach the correct and relevant documents along with the registration form.

Seat Allocation:

• You will be allotted seats according to your rank and the number of seats available
• There is no restriction on the number of choices to be filled
• Once the choice, of course, is decided by the candidate, it cannot be altered after getting finalised by the University under any circumstances
• You can check the allotment status and current status of online counselling by logging into the website, and if the seat is already allotted, you will receive an email regarding the details of the Seat Allotment

Fee Submission:

• You should submit their original documents and pay the first-year fees at the time of counselling.
• The fee must be paid in offline mode through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Manipal Academy of Higher Education’ payable at Manipal or Udupi (Karnataka). Alternatively, the fee can also be paid through RTGS/NEFT transfer.
• The payment in instalments is not permitted. If you don’t pay the first-year fees on the day of counselling then there are chances of your candidature getting cancelled by the University.
• Admission order/Provisional Admission Order and receipt/s for the payment made will be given to you on completion of the admission process.

Document Verification:

• Biometrics and document verification will be done as per your ranks in your exam.
• You must submit the correct documents at the time of registration. Any fault found in the documents submitted shall be subject to the illegal offence and might lead to the cancellation of your candidature.

Points to Remember

MU OET 2025 Counselling - Document Uploading

Document uploading is one of the most important steps of MU OET 2025 counselling. Moreover, the list of documents that you need to upload includes your hall ticket, transfer certificate, class 10th & 12th certificates, etc. The documents to be uploaded should be in PDF format and must not exceed 1MB in size. How to Upload Documents in the Portal?

• Click on the 'Documents Upload' portal mentioned on this page.
• You will be redirected to the portal.

• Login using your application number, password, and code.
• You will be redirected to the document upload window.
• Upload all of your documents in a pdf format. Make sure that they are within 1MB size.
• Click on Submit.

While uploading the documents, make sure that they satisfy the following conditions:-

Documents Required for Verification

The following original documents are to be submitted for verification at the time of counselling:-

• E-Hall ticket
• MET 2025 admit card
• 10th standard mark sheet for proof of date of birth
• Diploma/B.Sc. Marks card Marks cards of (all semesters/years)and Diploma/B.Sc. Degree Certificate from the Board/University for B.tech lateral
• Transfer certificate or School/College Leaving Certificate issued by the School/College. No other certificate in lieu of this will be accepted(B.tech lateral)
• Mark sheet of qualifying examination (all semesters/years)
• Degree certificate or Provisional pass certificate issued by the Board/University
• Conduct and Character certificate to be obtained on the College letterhead. No other certificate in lieu of this will be accepted
• Fees: as applicable to the program
• Copy of PAN Card
• Copy of Aadhar Card
• Authorization letter if the representative is attending on your behalf
• Two recent and identical passport-size photographs
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all the above documents

MET 2025 Counselling Fees

You will be required to pay a counselling fee while registering for Manipal counselling. The MET counselling fee is Rs. 10,000, which is a waitlist deposit that must be paid online during the MET counselling 2025 registration process. You will be able to finish the choice-filling procedure once you have paid the MET counselling fees. You must pay the first installment fees within the time limit stated after obtaining MET BTech counselling allocation results in any round. The MET counselling fees received at the time of registration will be converted into a refundable caution deposit as part of the refundable caution deposit upon fee payment. If you are not allocated a seat in any of the phases of MET counseling, the waitlist deposit will be refunded within one month of the MET counseling procedure being completed.

MET 2025 Counselling Intra-Institute Sliding

The alteration of designated branches inside the institute is known as intra-institute sliding. Those who will be assigned a seat at any institute will be eligible to engage in intra-institute sliding if they wish to change their course branch. For the branch sliding, students must re-register at the institute. Students should be aware that intra-institutional sliding is only a change in the course branch allotted to you in any MET 2025 participating institute, not a new seat allotment.

MET 2025 Spot Round Counselling

Manipal Academy of Higher Education will conduct the MET 2025 spot round counselling for the seats that remain vacant after all the rounds of counselling are over. Students who want to participate in the MEF spot round counselling must register online and report to the MET counselling 2025 venue as scheduled.
