About NBE FET 2025 Application Form

The NBE FET 2025 Application Form will likely be released in December 2025. The application process will be conducted by the National Board of Examinations for Medical Sciences (NBEMS) in online mode. The registration link will be activated on the official website. Steps for NBE FET 2025 Registration

The step-by-step process to register for the NBE FET 2025 exam has been provided below for easy reference. All students must ensure to follow these instructions diligently, to successfully complete the NBE FET 2025 registration.

Step 1 - Registration

• Go to the official site of the NBEMS at natboard.edu.in.
• Next, click on the examination tab of “FET 2025”.
• Search for the direct link to “New Registration” and click on the same. 
• The NBE FET 2025 candidate login window will appear on the screen. Enter the required details such as the name of the candidate, date of birth, gender, nationality, mobile number, email address, and Captcha. 
• Submit the same to receive a user ID and Password on the registered email address. Another SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number of the students. 

Step 2 - Fill out the application form

• Now, go back to the direct application form link and click on “Applicant’s Login”.
• Log in to the candidate portal by using the user ID and password. 
• The NBE FET 2025 Application Form will appear on the screen. Read the instructions carefully before proceeding to fill out the registration form.
• The Application form has 3 sections Qualification Details, Personal Details, and Uploading of documents. The application form has to be filled in a section-wise manner. First, the applicants will have to fill in the mandatory details followed by the section which permits navigation to any section. 
• After completing the form, click on the “Save” button, followed by the “Next” option.

Step 3 - Uploading the Documents

• Upload all the important documents as per the requirement in the specified size, dimensions, and format.
• In case of any discrepancy, students can correct the same during the application correction process.
• All documents must be scanned before uploading to avoid the chance of cancellation. 

Step 4 - Choose the Exam Centre

• Next, students must choose their desired exam centre from the options available.
• They will have to choose one of the four states, and the city will be displayed automatically. The exam is held in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai every year. 

Step 5 - Payment of Fees

• The application fee will have to be paid online. 
• Students must pay the application fee through the prescribed mode of payment only.
• Once successfully completed, download the payment receipt for future reference.

NBE FET 2025 Application Correction

The NBE will activate the NBE FET 2025 Application Correction window after the registration process is concluded. The exam conducting body will conduct the same in February 2026, tentatively. During this period, students who have submitted their NBE FET applications will be eligible to make changes or modifications to their application forms. The NBEMS has introduced this provision to allow participants to correct discrepancies regarding the exam center preferences, photographs, signatures, and thumb impressions in their application form. Once the application correction process is concluded, no further changes will be entertained by the exam authorities. 

For participation in the application correction process, all students will have to visit the official website of NBEMS and log in to their student portal using their login credentials. Next, a direct link to the “NBE FET Application Form Correction 2025” window will be reflected on the screen. Students must click on the same and proceed to make the necessary changes. All students are advised to carefully review the changes made before submitting the application form. However, no student will be allowed to make changes to their personal information during the NBE FET Application Form Correction 2025.
