  2. Availability of Seats: The number of seats available in a particular college or university also plays a crucial role in the seat allotment process. If the number of seats is limited, then the competition is high, and only the candidates with the highest scores are allotted the seats.
  3. Reservation Policy: The reservation policy of the government also affects the seat allotment process. A certain percentage of seats are reserved for candidates from different categories such as SC, ST, OBC, and PWD. The seats are allotted according to the reservation policy, and candidates who belong to reserved categories are given preference.
  4. Choice Filling: During the seat allotment process, candidates are required to fill their choices of courses and colleges in which they are interested. The choices filled by the candidates also play a significant role in the seat allotment process.
  5. Previous Year Seat Allotment Trends: The previous year's seat allotment trends also influence the current year's seat allotment process. The trends help in predicting which college or course is likely to be in high demand, and candidates can make their choices accordingly.
  6. Counselling Process: The counselling process is also an essential factor that affects the seat allotment process. Candidates who perform well in the counselling process are more likely to be allotted the seats of their choice.
  7. Document Verification: The document verification process is an essential part of the seat allotment process. Candidates who fail to provide the required documents or provide incorrect information may lose their chance of getting the seat.
