NEET UG 2023 Cutoff

The National Testing Agency released NEET UG cutoff 2023 at its official website neet.nta.nic.in. Students aspiring to secure a seat at India’s top medical colleges must clear both the qualifying cutoff as well as admission cutoff. NEET UG cutoff is the minimum rank required by candidates to seek admission at government and private medical institutes. It varies each year based on the candidate's category, seat matrix, and NEET difficulty level. In 2023, the NEET UG qualifying cutoff closed at 720 to 137 for the general category and for the reserved category, it hovered around 136 to 107. Per reports, the pass percentage for NEET UG 2023 was 56.21%.

NEET UG 2023 Cutoff Important Dates

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) released the NEET UG college and category-wise cutoff on July 29, 2023. The counselling was conducted for four rounds including round 1, round 2, mop round, and stray vacancy round. Discover below the NEET UG 2023 cutoff dates.

NEET UG Cutoff 2023 College-wise

NEET UG cutoff 2023 college-wise is released in two phases: AIQ and state counselling quotas. MCC updates the MBBS and BDS college-wise cutoff for 15% of AIQ seats while state counselling authorities publish the NEET UG cutoff for 85% of the state quota.

The NEET UG cutoff college-wise is different for government and private medical colleges. MCC and state counselling bodies share it in the form of opening and closing ranks after each counselling round at their websites.
