The NERIST Entrance Examination (NEE) is an offline exam administered in the North Eastern States ( Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura). The North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) conducts this entrance test for admission to BTech, BTech LE, BSc (Hons) in Forestry, and certificate courses. NEE-I, NEE-II, and NEE-III are administered for admission to certificate courses, BTech & BSc (Hons) in Forestry, and BTech Lateral Entry, respectively. NEE-II (PCM) is held for candidates hoping to take admission in BTech courses, whilst NEE-II (PCB) is held for candidates seeking admission to BSc (Hons) in Forestry. The NERIST NEE answer key 2025 for the MCQ-based NEE will be released in the 2nd week of May 2025 at nerist.ac.in. The NEE 2025 answer key will include the correct answers to all questions on the NEE exam.  Candidates can use the answer of NERIST NEE 2025 to check the correct answers and calculate tentative scores. The authorities will provide the option of challenging the answer key. Candidates have to pay INR 500/0 for each objection in online mode only. It should be noted that challenges sent via post/email in person will not be accepted; only online submissions will be allowed.
