RULET Counselling 2025: The University of Rajasthan conducts the RULET counselling across several rounds. If you are shortlisted per the RULET admission lists/ merit lists, you are eligible to take part in the counselling.

Detailed RULET 2025 Counselling Process

Here is the detailed and step-by-step counselling process of RULET 2025 :

Step 1:

• Firstly, you are required to check the admission lists.
• If you are selected, then you need to prepare for the verification process at the university with the essential documents.

Step 2:

• In this stage, you must pay the admission cost of Rs 45,860 (approximate) via a Bank Draft in favour of the Registrar, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Online Receipt Account.
• You have to bear an extra Rs 100 as the admission form fee.
• Along with the fee payment, the documents must be produced in person before the officer-in-charge as per the date and the time allocated.
• For the certificate validation, original certificates, mark sheets, and documents, along with photocopies and 5 passport-size photos, the RULET application form, the RULET scorecard, and academic transcripts, etc, are necessary.

Step 3:

• If you fail to report for the counselling, as per the counselling calendar, you will lose the candidature for the offered course.

Documents Required for RULET 2025 Counselling

Before attending the counselling for Rajasthan University BA LLB admissions 2025, the candidates need to keep the following documents ready:

• RULET 2025 Admit Card
• RULET 2025 Application Form
• RULET 2025 Result
• Class 10th Mark Sheet
• Class 12th / Intermediate Mark Sheet
• Caste Certificate (If applicable)
• Disability Certificate (Applicable for PH candidates)
• Recent Passport Size Photograph (Six Copies)
• Migration Certificate (Original)
• PWD category certificate (if applicable)
• Transfer Certificate and Character / Conduct Certificate
• Certificate for Non-Income Taxpayers to Claim a Reduction in the Course Fee

The candidates need to carry the original and xerox copies of the above documents to the counselling venue on the specified date.
