TS PGECET Counselling is expected to commence in August 2024. TSCHE will conduct TS PGECET 2024 Counselling in an online mode. The TS PGECET Counselling 2024 registration link will be updated on pgecet.tsche.ac.in. Candidates who qualify the exam will be eligible to attend the counselling of TS PGECET 2024. The TS PGECET Exam is being conducted from June 10 - June 13, 2024 in two shifts. Furthermore, the result of TS PGECET is expected to be out in June 2024. TS PGECET 2024 Counselling Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for TS PGECET counseling 2024, candidates must meet the following qualifying criteria:

• Candidates must be of Indian origin.
• Applicants must be residents of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
• Candidate must have received at least 50% (45% for those from the reserved category) in the qualifying test
• Candidates must meet the local/non-local status standards outlined in the admission regulations

Who is Eligible for TS PGECET Counselling Round 2

Candidates who want to take part in the TS PGECET Counselling 2024 round 2 must make sure they fulfill the following eligibility criteria.’

• Applicants who have been assigned and want to enroll at a different participating institution.
• Candidates who took part in the TS PGECET Counselling 2024 Round 1 but were not assigned.
• Those applicants who were unable to take part in the initial round of TS PGECET counseling.
• First-round designated candidates who failed to pay the requisite money or show up to the assigned institute.

Step Wise TS PGECET Counselling Process 2024

The step-by-step counselling process of TS PGECET 2024 can be checked below:-

• Step 1: Registration & counselling fee payment

1. Register for the counselling session and pay the required fee on the official website.
2. To complete the registration process, the candidates need to fill out basic details like their e-mail addresses and phone numbers.
3. Candidates will have to pay the registration cum processing fee and upload all the scanned copies of relevant original certificates during the notified dates.
4. The Candidates belonging to SC / ST category have to pay Rs.600/- and all others have to pay Rs.1200/- towards the processing fee which is non-refundable.

• Step 2: Fill out the online form

The candidates must fill the online application form. The counselling application form has to be filled with the details such as personal, academic, etc. One also has to upload the required documents within the specified pixels.

• Step 3: Document Verification

After filling out the form, the candidates need to get their documents verified. The TS PGECET Document Verification process is conducted offline. The candidates need to visit the help centers and get the documents verified. Moreover, one needs to carry the original as well as the photocopy of the documents for verification. 1. GATE scorecard
2. Qualifying examination degree/provisional certificate and mark sheets
3. Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
4. Residential/Domicile certificate
5. Aadhaar card
6. Category certificate issued by a competent authority (if applicable)

• Step 4: Choice Filling

The procedure of the document verification is followed by choice filling. During the choice filling process, one has to fill their preferences of the course and college in order of their preference on the official website.

• Step 5: Seat Allotment

1. Final allotment of seat for admission is subject to satisfactory verification of all original certificates at Allotted college and producing of fee paid receipt (if any).
2. On successful verification of original certificates, the printed Allotment order and joining report will be issued at the allotted college. The joining report must be submitted at the allotted college along with the original T.C.

TS PGECET Counselling 2024 Mandatory Documents

The qualified candidates must scan and upload the documents that are listed below:-

• GATE / GPAT Score card / PGECET Rank Card.
• Original Degree / Provisional Certificate (PC) & Consolidate Memorandum Marks (CMM) of the qualifying Examination.
• Intermediate / Diploma / 10+2 Certificate.
• SSC pass certificate or its Equivalent as proof of Date of Birth.
• Bonafide (Study) certificates from Class IX to Graduation.
• Residence certificate for the preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination, i.e., Graduation, for candidates who have pursued private study without any institutionalized education (Distance / Open education mode).
• Integrated community (Caste) certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable, for BC / SC / ST candidates issued after June 2, 2014.
• Latest Income Certificate on or before January 1, 2024, if applicable.
• Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Reservation certificate valid for the year 2024-24, applicable only to OC candidates. This certificate should be issued by MRO / Tahsildar.
• Non-local candidates need to submit specific certificates to be considered for allotment under unreserved seats.

TS PGECET Seat Allotment 2024

The TS PGECET seat allotment 2024 will be released in online mode. It is important for candidates to download the admission letter to learn about the allotted college and the deadline for admission. Candidates must report to the assigned college within the given time frame. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the allotted seat, which will then be offered to another candidate during the second Counselling. If a candidate is not satisfied with the college allotted in the first Counselling, they have the option to participate in the second Counselling.

TS PGECET Participating Colleges 2024

The participating institutes of the TS PGECET 2024 exam are the colleges that accept admission in various post graduate engineering courses via TS PGECET score. Candidates who pass the TS PGECET 2024 will be allotted seats in the TS PGECET 2024 participating colleges on the basis of their performance in TS PGECET 2024 as well as the selection parameters decided by the concerned institution.
