The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad has published the seat allotment in an online mode on the official website, tspolycet.nic.in. Candidates can access the seat allotment of TS POLYCET 2024 from the candidate portal using their login credentials. The authority has also released the institute-wise TS POLYCET cutoff ranks 2024 along with the seat allotment results. Candidates can check the college names and clsoing ranks as per their category or selected course. Those who have registered for the TS POLYCET Counselling 2024 and successfully completed the TS POLYCET Choice Filling 2024 will be allotted seats across the participating colleges.
Students who have been allocated seats in the first round of TS POLYCET counselling 2024 must download the Seat Allotment Order for future reference. Following the seat allotment, candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee and self report through the official website on or before July 4, 2024. The TS POLYCET seat allotment 2024 is done based on the candidate’s TS POLYCET 2024 rank, choices filled, and the availability of seats across the institutes. It is necessary for the candidates to download the TS POLYCET 2024 seat allotment letters as it is required for the completion of the admission process. The steps which are to be followed by the candidates to download their respective seat allotment letters have been mentioned below:
Candidates should visit the official website of TS POLYCET
There will be a tab on the home screen of the website called “Candidates login”
After clicking on the tab candidates will be asked to enter certain Personal credentials in order to log in
They need to click on the “Submit” button after entering the credentials
Once the credentials are submitted, candidates will be able to see the allotment letter on the screen
Candidates are advised to download their respective seat allotment letters for future reference
Candidates should follow the below-mentioned steps once the seat allotment result is declared:-
Download & Save Seat Allotment Letters: Once the candidates are done with the payment of the fee they will be able to download their respective seat allotment letters. Also, they are advised to take a printout of their allotment letters. These letters also comprise of Name and detail of the allotted institute.
Report to the Allotted Centres & Document Verification: Candidates should then report to the allotted institutions along with the required documents. These documents include Bank challan, Seat allotment letter, etc. Verification of the documents is already done during the counselling process. Therefore, there is no need to get the documents verified at the allotted institutes.
Go Ahead with the admission formalities: Once the selected candidates are done with all the steps mentioned above, candidates should proceed with admission formalities of the allotted institute.
SBTET will conduct the TS POLYCET Internal Sliding 2024 for the candidates who wish to change their branch of study after completing the admission procedure. The candidates will be able to exercise options for the internal sliding from July 21 - 22, 2024. Furthermore, the seat allotment for TS POLYCET Internal Sliding will be conducted on or before July 24, 2024. The candidates must note that they will not be allowed to change their branch after the internal sliding is completed.
