TS POLYCET Counselling 2025 will commence in the month of June 2025. Furthermore, the steps of the counselling of TS POLYCET include slot booking, certificate verification, exercising and freezing options, etc. Candidates with a valid TS POLYCET rank 20255will be eligible to participate in the Counselling Process of TS POLYCET 2025. Candidates will be provided admission across the participating colleges of TS POLYCET 2025 through TS POLYCET Counselling 2025. Candidates will be allotted seats based on their TS POLYCET rank 2025, choices filled by them, and the availability of seats at the institutes.

TS POLYCET Counselling Process 2025

The detailed process of the TS POLYCET Counselling Process is available below for the convenience of the aspirants

Step 1: Processing Fee Payment

This is the first step of the TS Polycet 2025 counselling process where the eligible candidates have to deposit the processing fee. The candidates can submit the processing fee via any of the available online payment methods. In addition to submission of the processing fee, the candidates have to also submit their TS POLYCET credentials such as Date of Birth, ICR Form Number etc.

Step 2: Slot Booking for Certificate Verification

In this step, the candidates have to book their slots after the completion of the payment. The slot booking for verification of documents has to be done by the candidates in this step.

Step 3: Verification of Documents

Those candidates who have been shortlisted for the TS POLYCET 2025 counselling process have to get their documents verified from the mentioned document verification centres. The candidates have to physically be at the document verification centres along with the photocopies and originals for the process which will be conducted in offline mode. After the conclusion of the document verification process, the candidates will be eligible for the next step, i.e. choice entry process.

Step 4: Registration for TS Polycet 2025 Counselling Process

After the completion of document verification and prior to choice filling, the candidates have to complete TS POLYCET Counselling Registration 2025. Registration will lead to the creation of a student’s account which will be used as a medium of communication between the authorities and the candidates.

Step 5:Option Entry / Choice Filling

In this step, the candidates have to fill up the choice entry form. The candidates must ensure to enter their choices before the last date otherwise the choices will be locked automatically by the server. The candidates cannot modify the choices filled by them after the final confirmation.

Step 6:Seat Allotment

The candidates will be allocated seats based on their performance in the TS POLYCET 2025 entrance exam and choices opted by them in the choice-filling step. The seat allotment status can be viewed by the candidates from the student’s login page. After allocating a seat to a candidate, he/she will be issued an allotment letter which must be downloaded by him/her. Through the allotment letter, the candidates will know which Institute and Course they have been allocated. 

Step 7: Reporting at the Allocated Institute

The candidates have to physically report at the Institute which has been allocated to them. The candidates must carry the payment receipt and allotment letter along with them while reporting at the allocated Institute.

• Step 1: Visit the TS POLYCET 2025 official website- tspolycet.nic.in.
• Step 2: Click on the "Payment of Processing Fee" link.
• Step 3: Then register by entering the ICR Number given on the TS POLYCET admit card 2025, date of birth as stated in the SSC Marks Memo and SSC Hall Ticket number.
• Step 4: Fill in the Aadhar Number, Mobile Number and Email Address information on the Basic Information Form. Fill in the data of your Caste Certificate and Income Certificate application number, if applicable.

• One can modify the options n number of times during the scheduled dates.
• Download and save the final options for reference.

• One must be an Indian National.
• The candidate must belong to Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh.
• The candidates must have qualified their SSC exam conducted by SBSE.
• The candidates who belong to NIOS/TOSS/APOSS/CBSE/ICSE/Other Examinations should have passed all the subjects with a minimum of 35% in every subject.

TS POLYCET 2025 Seat Allotment

The candidates can download the seat allotment order through the ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, password, and DOB. Post that, the candidates need to pay the required fee mentioned in the allotment order through online mode (Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card within the due time. The candidates, then have to carry the admission number to confirm the seat allotted. Report to the assigned college along with copies of the required documents.
