TS POLYCET 2024 Counselling

TS POLYCET 2024 Counselling Seat Allotment closed on July 17, 2024. The candidates can exercise the options for internal sliding from July 21 - 22, 2024. The candidates will not be able to drop out/ cancel the candidature after the internal sliding. The authority will be conducting TS POLYCET Seat Allotment 2024 after internal sliding on or before July 24, 2024.

Candidates with a valid TS POLYCET rank 2024 will be eligible to participate in the Counselling Process of TS POLYCET 2024. Candidates will be provided admission across the participating colleges of TS POLYCET 2024 through the TS POLYCET 2024 counselling. Candidates will be allotted seats based on their TS POLYCET rank 2024, choices filled by them and the availability of seats at the institutes.

The detailed process of TS POLYCET Counselling Process is available below for the convenience of the aspirants

Step 1: Processing Fee Payment

This is the first step of the TS Polycet 2024 counselling process where the eligible candidates have to deposit the processing fee. The candidates can submit the processing fee via any of the available online payment methods. In addition to submission of the processing fee, the candidates have to also submit their TS POLYCET credentials such as Date of Birth, ICR Form Number etc.

Step 2: Slot Booking for Certificate Verification

In this step, the candidates have to book their slots after the completion of the payment. The slot booking for verification of documents has to be done by the candidates in this step.

Step 3: Verification of Documents

Those candidates who have been shortlisted for the TS POLYCET 2024 counselling process have to get their documents verified from the mentioned document verification centres. The candidates have to physically be at the document verification centres along with the photocopies and originals for the process which will be conducted in offline mode. After the conclusion of the document verification process, the candidates will be eligible for the next step, i.e. choice entry process.

Step 4: Registration for TS Polycet 2024 Counselling Process

After the completion of document verification and prior to choice filling, the candidates have to complete TS POLYCET Counselling Registration 2024. Registration will lead to the creation of a student’s account which will be used as a medium of communication between the authorities and the candidates.

Step 5:Option Entry / Choice Filling

In this step, the candidates have to fill up the choice entry form. The candidates must ensure to enter their choices before the last date otherwise the choices will be locked automatically locked by the server. The candidates cannot modify the choices filled by them after the final confirmation.

Step 6:Seat Allotment

The candidates will be allocated seats on the basis of their performance in the TS POLYCET 2024 entrance exam and choices opted by them in the choice filling step. The seat allotment status can be viewed by the candidates from the student’s login page. After allocating a seat to a candidate, he/she will be issued an allotment letter which must be downloaded by him/her. Through the allotment letter, the candidates will know which Institute and Course they have been allocated. 

Step 7: Reporting at the Allocated Institute

The candidates have to physically report at the Institute which has been allocated to them. The candidates must carry the payment receipt and allotment letter along with them while reporting at the allocated Institute.

How to Pay the TS POLYCET 2024 counselling fee?

Follow the instructions given below to pay the TS POLYCET counselling fees. 

Step 1: Visit the TS POLYCET 2024 official website- tspolycet.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the "Payment of Processing Fee" link

Step 3: Then register by entering ICR Number given on TS POLYCET admit card 2024, date of birth as stated in SSC Marks Memo and SSC Hall Ticket number

Step 4: Fill in the Aadhar Number, Mobile Number and Email Address information on the Basic Information Form. Fill in the data of your Caste Certificate and Income Certificate application number, if applicable.

To exercise options during the web options of TS POLYCET Counselling 2024, the candidates must follow the below-mentioned steps:-

• Download the list of the colleges/ branches/ districts from the official website.
• Save and print the Manual Option Entry Form for future reference.
• Login and enter the options on the official website based on the Manual Entry Form constructed by the authority.
• Exercise your options in the order of priority. Exercise as many options as possible so as to refrain from not getting a seat.
• One can modify the options n number of times during the scheduled dates.
• Download and save the final options for reference.

Eligibility for Admission via TS POLYCET 2024 Counselling

• One must be an Indian National.
• The candidate must belong to Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh.
• The candidates must have qualified their SSC exam conducted by SBSE.
• The candidates who belong to NIOS/TOSS/APOSS/CBSE/ICSE/Other Examinations should have passed all the subjects with a minimum of 35% in every subject.

• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo
• IV to X Study Certificates
• Transfer Certificate (T.C)
• Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2024 by the competent authority (if applicable)
• EWS Income and Asset Certificate issued by the Tahsildar valid for the year 2024-25 (if applicable)
• Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable
• Residence Certificate of the candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education
• In respect of Non-Local candidates to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats the following certificates need to be submitted

TS POLYCET Slot Booking 2024

TS POLYCET Slot Booking schedule has been released by the State Board of Technical Education and Training. The candidates who belong to the said categories must book the slots with the mandatory certificates. One who gets their certificates verified will be eligible to fill the web options. Moreover, the authority will announce the TS POLYCET Seat Allotment on June 30, 2024, on the basis of the web options. TS POLYCET 2024 Seat Allotment

State Board of Technical Education & Training, Hyderabad released the TS POLYCET Seat Allotment Round 2 Result on July 12, 2024. The candidates can download the seat allotment order through the ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, password, and DOB. Post that, the candidates need to pay the required fee mentioned in the allotment order through online mode (Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card within the due time. The candidates, then have to carry the admission number to confirm the seat allotted. Report to the assigned college along with the copies of the required documents.

TS POLYCET Spot Admission 2024

SBTET will announce the spot admission guidelines for Government and Private Unaided Polytechnics on July 23, 2024. Moreover, the spot admission will be closed on July 30, 2024. The spot admissions are conducted for any vacant seats available in the university.
