VITEEE Paper Analysis 2025

VITEEE Paper Analysis 2025 will be available soon. The VITEEE exam is conducted between April 20 and 27, 2025, across three shifts: Slot 1 from 9 AM to 11:30 AM, Slot 2 from 12:30 PM to 3 PM, and Slot 3 from 4 PM to 6:30 PM. VITEEE Paper Analysis For April 23, 2025

  • Slot 1 - VITEEE April 23 exam primarily focused on the Class 11 syllabus, with the majority of Physics questions being theory-based. Some questions were lengthy. Mathematics was the most challenging paper, as questions were easier than in JEE, but the questions were trickier, especially featuring Class 12 topics and drawing from both NCERT and previous year questions. On the other hand, Chemistry was relatively easier, with Organic Chemistry questions slightly more challenging than Physical Chemistry. English and Aptitude sections were generally easy, although the comprehension part in English was time-consuming, while the other questions were quicker to tackle.
  • Slot 2- VITEEE April 23 exam paper was a pretty mixture of easy, moderate, and tough questions. The mathematics section was tricky and a bit time taking which made students confused to understand. Most of the sections were from easy to moderate difficulty. The Class 12 syllabus was given major emphasis, especially in Physics, where all questions focused on formulas and concepts. Chemistry was notably more challenging compared to Shift 1, with a majority of questions directly asked from the NCERT, particularly in Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry reactions. Additionally, many questions were drawn from the topics of Electrostatics and Magnetism, reflecting a strong emphasis on foundational concepts.
  • Slot 3 - Students experienced a balanced mix of moderate to challenging questions. Physics and Mathematics consisted of some tricky problems, while Chemistry questions mainly focused on basic topics. The VITEEE April 23 slot 3 paper included topics from both Class 11 and Class 12, with approximately 5 to 6 questions drawn from the deleted sections of the syllabus in Biology. Physics questions were based on calculations that included some from molecular topics, and many of the questions were formula-based, as stated by the students. Meanwhile, easy questions were asked from Modern Physics and Electrostatics. Overall, there was a higher pressure on Organic Chemistry compared to Inorganic Chemistry, where different formats of questions were asked.

VITEEE Paper Analysis For April 22, 2025

  • Slot 1 - The Mathematics section contained lengthy questions. Most of the questions were tougher than expected, particularly those that focused on Calculus. In contrast, the questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and Aptitude were more straightforward and less time-consuming. Chemistry is primarily focused on formula-based questions, especially from Inorganic Chemistry. The Physics questions depended on basic concepts, while English and Aptitude focused on a balanced mix of easy and moderate-level questions. The aptitude test assessed problem-solving and logical skills, while the English section was set on grammatical knowledge. Overall, most questions were derived from the NCERT books across various subjects.
  • Slot 2- The overall difficulty level of the exam was moderate, with only 1 or 2 questions from Fluid Mechanics. Most questions were derived from the 11th syllabus, while Mathematics questions were primarily NCERT-based and easier than the JEE standard. Inorganic Chemistry mainly focuses on the NCERT. Questions were asked, mostly formula-based and conceptual. Numerical questions from Physics were asked, and the majority of Chemistry and Mathematics questions came from the 12th syllabus, featuring mixed concepts in Mathematics. Additionally, there were more questions from previous years' papers than NCERT, with Probability and Statistics presenting slightly more challenging questions.
  • Slot 3 - VITEEE April 22 slot 3 mirrored the same as the first and second shifts. The Mathematics questions were quite challenging. In contrast, Chemistry was straightforward, where mostly direct, concept-based questions were asked. Physics questions were more towards numerical problems than conceptual ones. Logical reasoning weightage was quite high for the Aptitude section, while the English portion was based on grammar comprehension. Many questions were drawn from the NCERT and previous years' exams, which were found easy by the candidates. Overall, the paper was notably easier than the JEE, with 3 to 4 questions from Calculus and 2 from Calendar, alongside numerous statement-based questions in Mathematics and a significant focus on Organic Chemistry.

VITEEE Paper Analysis For April 21, 2025

The difficulty level for Slot 3 of Day 2 was considered Moderate. In all three slots, Chemistry was relatively easier compared to Maths and Physics. Based on students' initial responses, Slot 2 of Day 2 was generally viewed as Moderate. The expected number of good attempts for Slot 2 is likely to exceed 115 out of a total of 125 marks. Mathematics contained mixed concept questions that were tricky to tackle. Students claimed that the Day 2 Slot 1 exam ranged from Moderate to Difficult. As usual, Mathematics proved to be the most challenging subject for students. Physics and Mathematics questions posed more difficulty compared to Chemistry. The Chemistry questions in Slot 1 were manageable and ranged from easy to moderate. According to students, there was a greater emphasis on 12th standard topics. VITEEE Paper Analysis For April 20, 2025

As per the initial reactions of the candidates, the exam was of moderate to difficult. The Physics paper was considered easier than Mathematics and Chemistry. Biology students found their subject to be a bit more challenging, while suggesting that Chemistry was relatively simpler. Some questions were difficult, tricky, and lengthy. Organic Chemistry is more challenging. Physical Chemistry was easier in comparison. English was simple, and Aptitude was solvable.

VITEEE 2017 Exam Analysis

According to most of the students who appeared for the examination, VITEEE 2017 was pretty easy in comparison with the JEE Main 2017 offline exam.
