The WBJEE application form 2025 was released on the official website of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB). Students were able to register and fill out the application form at www.wbjeeb.nic.in till 23 February 2025.

WBJEEB has opened WBJEE 2025 application form correction window at wbjeeb.nic.in. You will be able to make corrections to the WBJEE 2025 application form from February 25 to 27, 2025. The link to correct errors in the existing WBJEE registration form 2025 is now active. During this time, students who might have made a mistake at the time of form fill-up or document uploading can edit or rectify them. However, applicants must note that not all the fields are open for correction. They must crosscheck the official brochure to know which details can be corrected or edited. Once the WBJEE application form correction window closes, no further changes shall be permitted. 

How to Edit WBJEE Application Form 2025?

Step 1- Students will have to visit www.wbjeeb.nic.in 2025, which is the WBJEE official website.

Step 2: Log in using the WBJEE Application Number and Password

Step 3: Click on the ‘WBJEE 2025 Application Form Correction’ link

Step 4: Correct or edit the required information in the form (edit Category, Domicile, PwD status, re-upload or resize photograph/signature etc.)

Step 5: Once you have made the changes, save and submit the registration form.

WBJEE 2025 Application Form Image Discrepancy

If the image uploaded in your WBJEE registration form 2025 is not clear or aligned with the WBJEEB guidelines, you will have to resize and reupload the same for successful submission. To fix the issue of WBJEE 2025 application form image discrepancy, the following steps need to be followed -

Who Can Fill Up WBJEE 2025 Application Form

Meeting the eligibility criteria is essential to apply for the exam. Applicants should review the following general requirements to ensure they qualify. They must be Indian citizens or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) to apply. For Engineering & Technology programs, applicants must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2025, with no upper age limit. However, for admission to the Marine Engineering course, there is an upper age limit of 25 years.

WBJEE 2025 Application Fee Mode

The application fee for WBJEE can be paid through debit/credit card or net banking. After the successful payment of the application fee, an online receipt will be automatically generated. Please ensure that you keep this receipt safe as it will be required at the time of WBJEE 2025 counseling and admissions. The receipt is also proof that you have successfully paid the WBJEE 2204 application fee registered to appear for the West Bengal JEE exam.

Step 1 - WBJEE 2025 Online Registration

To fill out the online application form, students must visit the WBJEE official website i.e. www.wbjeeb.nic.in 2025. Click on the ‘New Registration’ link on the homepage. Provide registration details such as name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, mobile number, email address etc. Then fill up academic details and information related to income, nationality, address, choice of exam centres, religion etc. Next, they must choose a security Question/Answer to generate a password. If all provided information is correct, then you can continue with the WBJEE application form and click on the 'Submit' button. After generating the application/registration number, an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number of the students. Students can click on the tab indicating 'Continue to Next Step'.

Step 2 - Application Form Fill-Up

Once registered, students must use the WBJEE login password and application number to sign in. Key in all the details regarding academic qualification, marks obtained in the qualifying examination etc. Students can choose up to three WBJEE exam centres 2025 for the entrance test

Step 3 - Uploading of Scanned Documents

Students must upload a recently taken scanned photograph and signature along with their left-hand thumb impression in the next step. The photograph/signature/thumb impression must be uploaded as per the specifications given in the WBJEE information bulletin 2025.

Step 4 - Payment of WBJEE 2025 Registration Fees

After document uploading, students are required to pay the WBJEE 2025 application fee of INR 500 (plus bank service charges). Note that the application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Students can pay the application fee online through net banking/credit card/debit card. Alternatively, they can make the payment in offline mode by using the bank challan at any branch of Allahabad Bank. 

Step 5 - Submission of Application Form and Printing of Confirmation Page

After completing all the above steps, students should take a printout of the confirmation page, which signifies the completion of the online submission of the application for WBJEE 2025. Save it on the system as proof of the completed application form. The confirmation page cannot be regenerated at a later stage. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the student to secure it safely.

While uploading photographs and signatures in the WBJEE 2025 registration form, students must ensure that the documents submitted are in the prescribed format and size. WBJEE Application Form 2025 Important Instructions

After successfully registering for WBJEE, each student gets a unique WBJEE login ID. Students should note their login details, including their application number and password or date of birth, for future use. All WBJEE exam updates and related information will be communicated through the official WBJEE website, where students will need their login ID and password to access information. Students must upload their photos and signatures according to the specified guidelines. If they receive an SMS about an issue with their uploaded image, they should correct it immediately. To register for WBJEE 2025, students must use a unique email ID and a valid mobile number. Once the registration details are submitted, students cannot go back to edit their application. Therefore, it’s essential to review all information carefully before the application deadline. Students are also advised to keep their login details private.

WBJEE Admit Card 2025

WBJEE admit card 2025 will only be released for students who successfully complete all the steps of WBJEE application form filling process. WBJEE admit card 2025 will be released on the official website from April 17, 2025, to April 27, 2025, till 2:00 pm. After registering successfully for WBJEE 2025, students can download their admit cards from the official website. To access the WBJEE 2025 admit card, students must log in using their required credentials. The admit card contains important information such as the exam center, date, timings, and other details. It is mandatory to carry the WBJEE 2025 Admit Card along with valid identity proof while reporting to the exam center. Students will not be allowed to attempt the examination if they fail to present the admit card and identity proof.

Year-wise WBJEE Application Trends

Every year, over 1 Lakh students apply for the the WBJEE exam. In 2024, the WBJEE saw 1.42 lakh students registering for the exam, which was an increase of 17,773 from the previous year. Out of these, around 1.32 lakh students appeared for the exam, with a rise in the number of female participants. Approximately 43,121 female students registered in 2024, marking an increase of over 10,000 compared to the previous year. Whereas, in 2023, around 1.24 lakh students registered for the exam, and about 91,974 were male while 52,944 were female. Nearly all of the registered students (99.4%) appeared for the exam, maintaining a high pass rate. The rising number of applicants each year indicates growing competition, with more female students participating in the exam over time.
