AIFD WAT 2025 Application Form

The AIFD WAT 2025 application form has not been released for this academic year. The application forms will be released in online mode on the official website of the AIFD. However, before filling out the form, all students must check out the AIFD WAT 2025 eligibility criteria to know if they meet all the requirements. 

Since we don’t have the official dates, based on the previous year's dates, the registration will begin in January 2025 with the deadline in February 2025. Apart from the application form, students may have to fill out a Google form based on the previous year's trends. AIFD WAT 2025 Registration-cum-Application Process

The AIFD WAT 2025 registration process is the first step for admission at AIFD. So, candidates have to complete it before the deadline. Check out the registration process steps below:

• Step 1: Candidates need to go to the official website of AIFD and fill out the application form. 
• Step 2: Then they have to pay the application fee in the suggested formats. 
• Step 3: Fill out a Google form with similar information as the application form. 
• Step 4: Attach the documents alongside the form in the prescribed format.

How to Fill AIFD WAT 2025 Application Form?

The AIFD WAT application form is an important part of appearing for this exam. Students have to complete and submit the application form accessible on the official before the deadline to be eligible to appear in this exam. They have to pay the application fee of INR 1,000 either through NEFT or RTGS Transfer. Refer to the detailed application form fill-up process below:

Step 1. Visit the official website of AIFD

Candidates have to visit the official website of AIFD where they will find the ‘Application form to be downloaded, filled and sent by the candidate’ option. After clicking on this the PDF admission application form will open up. 

They are required to fill up multiple details in the form including: 

• Full Name of the candidate 
• No, Rank and Name of the Parent (whoever is serving in the Army)
• Father’s Rank, unit and other related details
• Nationality 
• Date of Birth 
• Sex
• Details of Gallantry awards/Mention in dispatches/Distinguished services/War widow
• Qualifying exam details such as year of passing 
• The annual income of the parent (if candidates belong to ST/SC/OBC categories)
• Permanent address 
• Email ID of both candidate and parent 
• Full postal address
• The official address of the parent (serving as Army Personnel)

Candidates also have to sign a declaration after entering all the above information. They also have to mention the details of one person for character verification. 

Step 2. Pay the application fee

They must pay the application fee of INR 1,000 through NEFT/RTGS Transfer at the below-provided details:

• Bank Name - State Bank of India 
• Account Number - 64061006903
• Name of Account - AIFD Reserve 
• Branch - Kothanur Branch 
• IFSC Code - SBIN0017734

Students have to send a scanned copy of the bank receipt of INR 1,000 as proof via the email ID of the institution - admission@aifd.edu.in mentioning the student’s details for record at the institute. 

Step 3: Fill out the Google form

Additionally, candidates also have to fill out a mandatory ‘Google form for Admission’. The form also requires students to enter similar details as the application form.

Step 4: Documents To Be Attached

The application form also requires certain documents which must be attached to the form. 

• Certificate No 01, Certificate No 02, Certificate No 03 (whatever is applicable specifically for Army Personnel)

Students, who cannot attach Certificate No. 01 can upload their Parent's Serving Certificate (duly signed by OC Unit. For the ones whose parents are Ex-Servicemen, they can upload a Copy of the Discharge Book (which should have the family details page with the student's name). However, at the time of admission, Certificate No. 01 has to be submitted. 

• Willingness certificate 
• Declaration by the parent 
• Medical Fitness certificate (duly authenticated by any Medical Officer)
• X/SSC/ICSE Certificate 
• XI Certificate 
• XII Certificate (if passed previous year or mention appearing)
• Details of Gallantry Awards (if yes) attach Gazette notification 
• Caste Certificate (if belong to SC/ST/OBC categories)

AIFD WAT Registration Fees 2025

The last step of the AIFD WAT registration process is paying the application fee. All students filling out the form have to pay INR 1,000 through any online payment gateway, including debit card, credit card or net banking. As per the official website, students once registered for the AIFD WAT 2025 will not be able to make any further changes or corrections in the application form. The exam authority will not open any correction window for corrections or changes. So, we advise all exam attendees to check out all the details before hitting the final submit button.

AIFD WAT Exam Registration 2024: Things to Keep in Mind
