The Symbiosis Institute of Design began the SEED 2025 registration process on August 16, 2024, and the deadline for filling out the SEED 2025 application form is December 25, 2024. The exam is scheduled for January 12, 2025 (Sunday), as per the schedule released by SID. While applying for SEED 2025, the applicant shall fill in all the information accurately in the application form available online. The provided information will be verified at the time of counselling and the seat allocation process. Hence, inconsistencies or wrong information may result in nullification. Step 1: SEED Exam Registration

After fulfilling the eligibility criteria, the applicant should open the link given on the portal. Click on this link: 'New User? Register Now.' Here, all the 'Terms and Conditions' would be specified on the portal. Read all of these and, after reading all of them, click 'I Agree' for the next step i.e. registering.

Step 2: Application Form Details for SEED Exam

After successful registration, you have to fill up the application form. Fill in the personal, professional, educational, and contact details. Upload a recent passport-sized photograph (not older than three months) in jpg, png, or gif format; the file size should be from 10 to 150 kb.

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

The registration fee for the SEED Exam is INR 3250 which includes INR 2250 for SEED and INR 1000 for SID. Payment for this exam is to be made only online. 

Step 4: Submit Your SEED Exam Application

After successful submission of the application form, you will receive an email confirmation with an application number. Only those candidates who have received the confirmation email containing the Application Number will be able to download the SEED 2025 admit card. You will also have to register separately for admission to the constituent institutes of Symbiosis International University to which you want to take admission.

The following documents should be kept in hand while filling out the SEED 2025 application form:

• Passport-sized Photograph: Your photograph should be in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .gif format, with a file size of not more than 150 kb.
• SSC Marks: Keep your Secondary School Certificate marks at hand.
• HSC Marks: Have the Higher Secondary Certificate marks ready. If you're still awaiting results, select "Appeared."
• Proof of Date of Birth: Birth certificate or Class 10 pass certificate
• Photo ID Proof: You will require a Government-issued Photo ID
• Caste Certificate: If applicable, prepare your Caste Certificate

Note: In case of candidates whose result of HSC is not declared at the time of registration, such candidates need to select ''Appeared'' in the marks sheet.

Yes, if a candidate has registered for SEED through a wrong email address or is willing to change the same, they need to send all the relevant details with the correct mail ID to admissions@sid.edu.in. The necessary changes would be made soon.

How to Retrieve Forgotten Password of SEED Application Form 2025?

To retrieve the forgotten password of SEED Application Form 2025, aspirants need to follow the steps given below: 

• Step 1: Go to the official website of SEED. 
• Step 2: Then, click on the ‘Register’ button. 
• Step 3: Select the ‘Forgot Password’ option provided next to the ‘Sign in’ button.
• Step 4: You will see a new window pop up.
• Step 5: After that, enter all your details such as name, email ID, date of birth and others.
• Step 6: Then, click on ‘Submit’.

• Step 6. Enter correct details: Enter all the details correctly and ensure they are valid to your knowledge in the application form. Any details found to be invalid, misleading or wrong may result in disqualification of the candidature.
• Step 7. Admit Card: The admit card will only be released for those applicants who have successfully paid the application fee and completed the application form. 
• Step 8. Autofill disable: Candidates are advised to keep the autofill option disabled and fill up all the details manually to reduce any chances of mistakes or errors. 
• Step 9. Download application form: Candidates must download and keep a printout of the submitted application form as it is required multiple times during the admission process.
