AIIMS MSc Nursing Eligibility Criteria 2025 is a set of norms prescribed by the conducting body of the exam - AIIMS, New Delhi. The candidates interested in getting admission to the Master of Science - Nursing at AIIMS Delhi must meet the eligibility requirements. AIIMS M.Sc. The AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 Exam is scheduled to be held on June 21, 2025. While filling out the AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 Registration form, students must go through the eligibility criteria that are discussed in detail by AIIMS in their information bulletin. Academic Qualifications for AIIMS M.Sc. Nursing 2025

Candidates can check the following pointers to know more about the criteria for applying for AIIMS M.Sc. Nursing exam 2025.

  • To apply for M.Sc. courses at AIIMS Delhi through the exam, the candidates must have pursued any of the following degrees - MBBS/ BDS/ B.V.Sc./ Bachelor of physiotherapy/ B. Pharma/ B.Sc. in a relevant subject. 

  • Students who hold degrees other than the mentioned ones will not be considered eligible for the examination. 

  • Candidates belonging to the General and O.B.C. categories must have scored a minimum of 55 percent marks in the mentioned degrees. 

  • For candidates belonging to the ST and SC categories, the minimum marks required are 50 percent. 

  • Candidates applying for Reproductive Biology and Clinical Embryology must hold a B.Sc. degree in a related Biology discipline.

  • Candidates applying for Nuclear Medicine Technology must hold a B.Sc. degree in Nuclear Medicine or Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics or Radio Diagnosis/ Radiotherapy or Life Sciences with Physics from a recognized university.

  • For M. Biotechnology, other than the above-mentioned qualifications, candidates with a B.Tech in Biotechnology are also considered eligible. 

  • For M.Sc. Nursing, candidates must hold a B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing/ Post-Basic/ B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Certificate)/ B.Sc. Nursing (4 years).

  • The degree must have been issued from a recognized university.

  • If candidates have received the degree from an educational institution, the institute must be recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. 

  • General and O.B.C. candidates must have scored at least 60% marks whereas ST and SC candidates must have scored a minimum of 55 percent marks in the Bachelor’s degree. 

  • Candidates must be registered as either an RM (Registered Midwife) or an RN (Registered Nurse) with any State Nursing Council. 

AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 Qualifying Marks

The minimum marks requirement is decided by the AIIMS for different caste categories of students. The minimum academic qualification for appearing in the AIIMS MSc Nursing Exam 2025 is to have an MBBS/B.v.SC/BDS/BPT or BSc, students need to keep the minimum prescribed aggregate marks at their undergraduate level. The minimum aggregate marks requirement is listed below for your reference:
