Students aspiring to appear for journalism and mass communication entrance can check here the GMCET 2025 important dates for 2025. It includes basic details about all of GMCET exam dates for 2025, such as registration, admit card, exam, and result dates.
GMCET 2025 application form is available on the official website of the Global Media Education Council (GMEC). GMCET 2025 application procedure includes registration, form completion, document uploading, and fee payment. The application form will only be accessible online for applicants. Students must pay an application fee of Rs 1000. Please note, GMCET 2025 Application Process has started and will be concluded on April 18, 2025.
Firstly, candidates can register by filling out the necessary information on the GMCET official website. They must enter their complete name, a working phone number, and a working email address. (as these will be used to send the examination details like the date and time slot).
It is necessary for candidates to enter their district and state. After accepting the terms and conditions, they must click the submit button. It is incumbent upon candidates to verify the accuracy and validity of the information provided to them. Upon completion of registration, the candidate will receive an automated email containing their username and password for future use at their registered phone number or email address.
GMCET 2205 exam admit card is accessible to only registered applicants. Students download their admit card from the GMCET Application login portal 48 hours prior to the scheduled exam if their registration is complete in all respects.
GMCET entrance exam 2025 will be conducted on April 19, 2025. There will be 100 multiple-choice questions in the one-hour GMCET exam. Also, the exam will have four sections: English Language & IQ, General Knowledge of News and Current Affairs, Entertainment Media Knowledge, Brands, and Brand Communication Basic Knowledge. All of the questions in these sections will be multiple-choice.
GMCET exam takes place online. Test takers will be given a time slot for the exam one day in advance. According to the guidelines, they will be required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the examination. The test slots for the exam day will be sent to the candidate's registered email and mobile number one day before the exam.
GMCET results will be announced on April 22, 2025. Candidates can access their GMCET 2025 results by logging in with their password and registered email address. The All India Ranking is used to announce the results rank-wise.
GMCET Counselling will start following the announcement of results on the official website. Depending on how well they perform on the GMCET 2025 exam, an applicant will receive an invitation to an interview. For those who advance to the interview stage, counselling will be provided. Following that, the universities to which the chosen applicants have submitted admissions requests will mandate that they attend GMCET 2025 counselling. Their next task is to complete the course fee payment and admissions process.
