AP RCET Counselling 2025 for the first phase will be started on the official website tentatively in September 2025. The official notification & counselling schedule will be available on the APRCET official website rcet-sche.aptonline.in. APRCET counselling 2025 will involve multiple steps: first, students must complete the registration and pay the required processing fee. Following this, they will need to undergo document verification. Once document verification is complete, applicants will exercise their web options to select preferred courses and institutions based on their ranks. AP RCET 2025 seat allotment process will take place in multiple rounds, with successful candidates required to report to their allocated institutions after each round of allotment.

AP RCET Counselling Registration 2025 Processing Fee

Payment for AP RCET counselling registration can be made online via credit card, debit card, or net banking through the “Pay Processing Fee” link on the AP RCET official websitercet-sche.aptonline.in. For each Ph.D. program, a separate registration process needs to be done. The processing fee for AP RCET 2025 counselling is given below for different categories:

Students must complete the payment for APRCET 2025 web counselling registration before uploading scanned copies of their certificates. The complete payment process has been explained below:

• Enter your APRCET 2025 Hall Ticket number and Date of Birth, then click to proceed with the payment.
• You will be redirected to the payment gateway.
• Select a payment method from credit card, debit card, or net banking, and enter the required details.
• Once the payment is successful, click the print button and take a printout of the payment receipt.

AP RCET Counselling 2025: Online Certificate Verification

Certificate verification for AP RCET 2025 counselling for all applicants will be conducted online. During registration, the scanned PDF copies of the following documents need to be uploaded:

• APRCET 2025 Rank Card
• Original Transfer Certificate (T.C)
• PG Degree Marks Memos or Consolidated Marks Memo
• PG Degree or Provisional Certificate
• UG Degree Marks Memos or Consolidated Marks Memo
• UG Degree or Provisional Certificate
• Intermediate or Diploma Marks Memo
• S.S.C. or Equivalent Marks Memo
• Study Certificates from Intermediate to PG Degree
• Residence Certificate (for candidates without institutionalised education) for private candidates from Andhra Pradesh
• Parent’s Residence Certificate in AP for 10 years (excluding employment outside Andhra Pradesh) for non-local candidates
• Caste Certificate for SC/ST/BC/EWS issued by a competent authority
• Local Status Certificate, if applicable (candidates migrating from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh within seven years from June 2, 2014, are considered local to Andhra Pradesh)
• Service Certificates and No Objection Certificate (NOC) for part-time candidates (as per G.O.Ms.No.3)

Important Note: Mobile pictures of certificates will not be accepted for verification.

AP RCET Counselling 2025: Web Options

Applicants with an APRCET 2025 rank can exercise their web options after completing certificate verification. This can be done from any Internet cafe or home on the specified dates.

• Before selecting the web options for AP RCET counselling 2025, students must make sure to meet the eligibility criteria for the chosen discipline or specialisation.
• While selecting AP RCET 2025 web options, candidates have to arrange universities in the order of preference where they wish to join.

AP RCET Counselling 2025 Web Options: Important Instructions

Before selecting web options for the 2nd and final phase of APRCET 2025, applicants should be aware of the following instructions:

• Students who were admitted to a university in the 1st phase should exercise the AP RCET 2025 web options carefully if they wish to change universities. If they are able to secure a seat in the 2nd and final phase, the initial 1st phase seat will automatically be canceled.
• Students allotted a seat in the 2nd and final phase of AP RCET counselling 2025 must pay the required fee to the new university. The fee paid in the 1st phase will not transfer to the new university. They must apply for a refund from the 1st phase university.
• Students must submit their original certificates at the new university allotted in the 2nd and final phase. They need to retrieve the original documents from the 1st phase university and submit them to the newly allotted university.
• The eligibility criteria for participating in the AP RCET Counselling 2025 web options Phase 2 is discussed below:
  • Students who did not register in the 1st phase can register for certificate verification and web options in this 2nd and final phase.
  • Students who registered in the 1st phase but did not receive a seat are also eligible for the 2nd and final phase web options.
  • Students who secured a seat in the 1st phase can still participate in the 2nd and Final phase to choose a different university.
  • Students who registered but did not exercise their web options in the 1st phase may directly participate in the 2nd and Final phase.
• Applicants who have already paid the AP RCET counselling registration fee need not pay again for the 2nd and final phase web options.
• Only candidates with an eligible degree, as prescribed in the APRCET 2025 official instruction booklet, are allowed to participate in web options and provisional admissions.

AP RCET Counselling 2025: Seat Allotment

During the seat allotment process of AP RCET counselling 2025, the officials of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education compare each candidate’s selected preferences with the seat availability at the respective institutes. If seats are open in a candidate’s preferred college, they can be allotted based on these preferences. The seat availability in each university is determined according to UGC and APSCHE regulations.
