• Commencement of Registration: Registration for AP RCET 2024 will commence in February 2025, allowing applicants ample time to prepare their applications. They can begin filling out their AP RCET 2024 application forms online once they’re released.
• Application Submission: Submission of applications with late fees will extend into April 2025. This phase will occur from March to April 2025. Applicants who miss the initial deadline can still apply but will incur an additional fee ranging from Rs. 2000 to 5000.
• Application Correction Window: Applicants will have the chance to correct any errors in their AP RCET 2024 application forms during April 2025.
• Hall Ticket Download: AP RCET admit cards 2025 will be available for download in April 2025, allowing students to prepare for the exam day.
• Exam Date: AP RCET 2024 is set to take place in May 2025. Specific dates will be confirmed & published closer to the event.
• Answer Key Release: Following the exam, AP RECT 2025 answer key is expected to be published in May 2025, allowing students to evaluate their performance.
• Result Declaration: Results are anticipated to be announced in May 2025, followed by the commencement of counseling processes.
• Counselling: The process of counselling for AP RCET 2024 occurs in phases, with Phase 2 being the last & final one. AP RCET 2024 Phase 1 counselling is expected to begin in September 2025.

AP RCET 2024 Exam Schedule & Timings

AP RCET 2024 exam is scheduled to take place in May 2025 (tentative), with specific dates yet to be confirmed by Andhra University. The prescribed AP RCET 2024 exam schedule is given below:

AP RCET 2024 Exam Instructions

AP RCET 2024-25 will be a computer-based test consisting of multiple-choice questions. Each question will carry one mark, and there will be no negative marking. Some other important instructions for AP RCET exam 2024 are as follows:

• Students with a PG degree in the respective subject must attempt Section A (Research Methodology, 70 marks) and Section B (Respective Subject, 70 marks) in AP RCET 2024 exam.
• To be eligible for the interview, students must secure at least 50% marks for OC candidates and 45% marks for BC/SC/ST/PWD candidates in the written test.
• After qualifying in AP RCET 2024 written test, students have to attend an interview, which will carry 60 marks.
• The final rank in AP RCET 2024 will be determined by the total marks obtained in both the written test and the interview.
• In AP RCET 2024, Part A for all subjects, including languages, will be in English. For subjects other than languages, Part B will also be in English. However, for language subjects, Part B will be in the respective language.
