CG PPT Eligibility Criteria 2025

The CG PPT eligibility criteria is prescribed by the CGPEB (Chattisgarh Professional Examination Board). The SC/ST/PwD/female category aspirants are required to have an upper age limit of 33, and the male aspirants should be age 30 to be eligible for the CG PPT exam. Only the applicants who have passed 10th with compulsory subjects math and science from the recognized board will be eligible for the exam. A minimum of 35% is required for sitting in the CG PPT exam 2025, and applicants should have the resident certificate of Chattisgarh to apply for the exam. Candidates must meet the academic qualification and age limit and follow the domicile rules of candidates.

CG PPT Domicile Rules

All candidates applying for CG PPT must have Indian nationality. He/ She should have a valid Chhattisgarh state domicile certificate. In simple words, the candidates must be the permanent residents of Chhattisgarh, and he/ she must have completed his secondary education (10+2) from Chhattisgarh. 

Age Limit for CG PPT 2025

The upper age limit to appear in CG PPT should be 30 years as applicable on July 1, 2025. Candidates who have passed Class 10 can register for the entrance exam.

Academic or Education Qualification Required for CG PPT

Following are the minimum academic qualification to apply for CG PPT:

• The applicant must have passed Class 10 from a recognised board.
• He/ She must have studied Mathematics and Science in the qualifying exam.
• Minimum marks accepted for admission is 35% in Class 10 board. 

CG PPT Application Form 2025

Candidates have to visit the portal vyapam.cgstate.gov.in and tap on the new candidates registration to apply for the CG PPT exam. Before filling out the application form, make sure to read the detailed eligibility criteria for the exam and check the eligibility. The application form for the test is released by the CSEB in the first week of March. Applicants need to submit the applications before the last date. All the details in the application form must be filled out carefully. Do not submit incomplete applications, as they will not be entertained by the examination authorities.

1. General candidates have to submit an application fee of Rs 200 for the CG PPT exam. 

2. OBC candidates need to submit an application fee of Rs 150. 

3. ST/SC/PH applicants have to submit an application fee of Rs 100. 

The application fees can be paid through debit/credit/net banking modes. No refund for the application fees will be considered by the CSEB after the application has been submitted. Any late submission of CG PPT application fees after the dates will also not be entertained by the authorities.
