CSIR NET Cutoff 2025 will be released after the result declaration. The CSIR NET Cutoff will be released in September 2025. NTA will release the CSIR NET cutoff marks on the official website- csirnet.nta.ac.in as a PDF. Students will be able to view and download the CSIR UGC NET cut off 2025 without needing to log in to their registered accounts for the CSIR NET 2025 exam. The cutoff will be published separately for different categories, and it will determine eligibility for awards such as Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professorship, or PhD opportunities.

To qualify for the CSIR NET, student need to achieve a minimum percentage of 33% (General, EWS, and OBC) and 25% (SC, ST, and PwD) for both JRF and Assistant Professorship. The CSIR NET final answer key has been released as a PDF and is available on csirnet.nta.ac.in. The CSIR NET 2025 results have also been released on the official NTA website and can only be accessed through the candidate's login on the registered account for the CSIR NET 2025 exam. 

CSIR NET Cut off 2025

The NTA will release the CSIR NET cut off 2025 tentatively by the last week of September 2025. To check the cutoff, candidates have to visit the official website-csir.hrdg.res.in. The candidate who will secure more than equal to the released cut-off marks according to their category will be considered qualified for the CSIR NET 2025.

• The rank list is prepared according to the marks secured by the candidates. First, the candidates who have qualified for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) will be considered for the ranks and then the candidates who are qualified for the Assitant professorship/lectureship
• The candidates who will qualify only for the PhD programmes will not be considered for ranks
• The minimum eligibility to be part of the CSIR NET merit list is to secure 33% marks for the General & OBC categories, whereas, the SC & ST candidates have to secure at least 25% marks in the CSIR NET 2025 exam.
