Common University Entrance Test or CUET is the most awaited and one of the biggest undergraduate entrance examinations for seeking admission to different UG programs in all the participating universities under CUET. CUET 2025 is expected to be held in May 2025.
CUET UG examination 2025 will be conducted in multiple phases and the dates for the same will be declared along with the CUET 2025 notification. The exact number of CUET slots and CUET exam dates 2025 will vary from last year and will depend on the total number of students who will register for CUET Exam 2025 and the subjects chosen by them.

CUET 2025 Notification is eagerly awaited by the candidates who wish to appear for CUET 2025 Entrance exam. NTA can release it around February 2025. Before it is out, check below the following details you can spot on a notification:
The National Testing Agency will administer CUET 2025 examination in May in multiple sessions. The candidates willing to appear for CUET 2025 entrance examination can get an exclusive scope to secure admission in different participating colleges under CUET 2025 for UG programs. The role of NTA is restricted to the admission process but they play an important role in the registration of candidates, conduct of the test, hosting of answer keys, inviting challenges, finalizing answer keys, preparing and declaring CUET results, and provisioning downloading of score cards.
As per the latest CUET 2025 notification for paper pattern, some major amendments related to exam duration, paper format, the total number of questions, domain subjects, etc have been made. Students can check the complete details after NTA releases the detailed CUET UG notification 2025.

CUET Exam will be conducted in 13 different languages. Candidates will have the choice to select the language while filling the CUET 2025 UG examination form.
Candidates must meet the basic eligibility criteria as prescribed in CUET notification 2025. If any candidate fails to meet the CUET Eligibility criteria, then the applicant’s candidature will be cancelled. CUET 2025 eligibility criteria mainly consider two important factors. The candidates who are appearing for CUET UG Exam 2025 must meet the age criteria and must have completed their class 12 from a recognised board.

CUET Exam cities 2025 state wise will be announced along with CUET Notification 2025. The numbers of exam centres have increased every year and it is expected that the exam will be conducted in more than 380 cities in India. The exam centres where the CUET exam will be conducted will be mentioned in the CUET notification. Candidates can select two cities of their choice while filling the CUET application form 2025. Ideally, candidates are allotted their first choice. CUET Exam centres are allotted by NTA as per the availability. CUET exam center 2025 is expected to be spread across 380 cities in India.
The admit card 2025 dates will be notified through CUET 2025 notification. Only candidates who register and pay the CUET 2025 application fee will be able to download the CUET 2025 admit card once it is released online. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without a CUET Admit Card 2025.
Candidates will also be provided details for contact in case of any discrepancy in the CUET 2025 admit card. Candidates will be able to download the CUET Admit Card as per the dates that will be announced by NTA. CUET Admit Card 2025 will not be sent to the applicants through mail or courier and there will be no physical issuance of the same.
Registration will be conducted as mentioned in CUET 2025 notification released by NTA. It will contain the opening and closing dates of registration along with the step-by-step process to fill out CUET application form 2025. The registrations for CUET 2025 will commence online at cuetug.ntaonline.in. One can refer to the table mentioned below to know the CUET application form fees:

NTA will release the CUET 2025 provisional answer key immediately after the exam slots are over. The exact release date will be mentioned in CUET UG notification 2025. Candidates will be able to check their responses and provisional answer key. Applicants will also be able to challenge the CUET 2025 answer key if they find any discrepancy or error in the provisional answer key by paying the fee of IN 200.Only those challenges are considered for verification who have paid the fee within the specified time frame. Challenges without justification/evidence will be rejected.
CUET results 2025 are expected to be released in the last week of June 2025 at cuetug.ntaonline.in. Candidates who will appear for the CUET 2025 exam will be able to download their scorecard online. CUET result 2025 will be based on the final answer key.
CUET score will be accepted by 47 central universities and in close to 300 universities (state, private and deemed) across India. Candidates must check the programs and courses offered by the CUET participating universities and apply to their choice of course and college.
