ILICAT Eligibility Criteria 2025: Candidates seeking admission to the Indian Law Institute, must satisfy the ILICAT eligibility criteria. It indicates the age limit, academic qualifications, reservation policies, nationality, etc.
Applicants must have obtained an LLB degree from a recognised university/ institute with the prescribed marks. Further, a degree in Law from a foreign university may with the required percentage also be accepted provided it meets the norms of the Association of Indian University (AIU). Once a candidate successfully satisfies the eligibility criteria for ILICAT 2025, he/she can proceed with the application process for the entrance exam. After meeting the set requirements, a candidate is free to fill out the application form of the college for admission to one long-year LLM course.
If by any means, an individual fails to meet the eligibility criteria, his/her candidature is considered invalid for admission through ILICAT 2025.
