KEAM Seat Allotment 2025 Process
Candidates can get the information about the complete KEAM 2025 seat allotment process below.
Step 1: Register for Counselling
Candidates will have to sign up for the counseling procedure in order to participate in the KEAM 2025 seat allotment process. Candidates must list their preferred colleges and courses in the order of their selections when enrolling. Once the options have been selected, they can be changed 'n' times throughout the allotted time.
Step 2: Fee Remittance
Candidates who receive seats must pay the college tuition within the allowed window of time. Candidates who don't pay their fees on time forfeit their allocation as well as all of the available alternatives in the stream. Candidates would have the option of paying the fee online or at specific SBI branches that have been designated by the government as CEE account locations. Additionally, candidates must download and print the fee receipt that the bank or an online payment website will send. When the documents are verified, the receipt will be necessary.
Step 3: Candidate Admission
Candidates who have been given seats and have paid the required fee must appear at the designated college to confirm their admission. Candidates who fail to appear at the college will forfeit their allocation as well as their current alternatives. It must be understood that once alternatives are lost, they are lost forever.
Step 4: Option of participating in additional rounds of counselling and seat allotment
Candidates who have been assigned a seat but still wish to take part in the subsequent rounds of allocation must log in and confirm their selections by using the "Confirm" link. Additionally, applicants will have the ability to eliminate undesirable alternatives or alter the importance of already-existing options. This, however, is only possible following the online selection confirmation.
Step 5: Mop up rounds or spot allotments
After the general allotment rounds, the spot allotment or mop-up round will be held if there are still open seats. Candidates who appear on the rank list will be permitted to participate in this round. However, candidates who were admitted to a course at a government institution on the basis of merit would not be permitted to take part in the KEAM 2025 spot allocation for that course.
Candidates who are accepted to Government merit seats at a Government Controlled Self Financing institution, however, will be permitted to take part in a spot round for any programme at a Government institution.
Step 6: Document verification
The head of the college or institute will verify the documents during KEAM document verification round 2025
