The MAH BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed CET 2025 syllabus/ NCET 2025 syllabus indicates that there are 7 papers. There are 2 papers on Languages, 3 on Domain-based subjects, and the rest 2 are Teaching Aptitude and General Test.

Test Paper 1 - Language 1 

For this section, you need to select 1 language out of the 38 options given below. Your knowledge level on the Language paper will be tested through Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Literary Aptitude.

Test Paper 2 - Language 2

For Paper 2, you must opt for a language from the above table apart from what you have decided for Paper 1.

Test Paper 3 - Teaching Aptitude - Code 327 (Compulsory section)

Topics related to the teaching of Science, Arts, Performing Arts, Mathematics, Languages, etc, are key in this component.

Test Paper 4 - General Test - Code 501 (Compulsory section)

The main topics for the General Test paper include

• General Knowledge
• Current Affairs
• General Mental Ability
• Numerical Ability
• Quantitative Reasoning (Simple application of basic mathematical concepts of Arithmetic/ Algebra, Geometry/ Mensuration/ Statistics)

Test Paper 5 - Domain-Specific Subject 1

Test Paper 6 - Domain-Specific Subject 2

For Test Paper 6, you have to select one subject from the above table for Test Paper 5. Make sure it is a different subject from what you have decided for Test Paper 5.

For Paper 7, you have to designate one subject besides the Domain Subjects chosen for Test Papers 5 and 6.

MAH BA B.Ed B.Sc B.Ed CET 2025 Exam Pattern (NCET): Important Points

Explore the below important points related to the MAH BA B.Ed B.Sc B.Ed CET 2025 exam pattern/ NCET 2025 exam pattern:

• The examination is Computer-Based.
• NCET 2025 will be conducted in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. English, Hindi, and Urdu medium question papers will be available in all test centres across India. Other languages will vary state-wise.
• The questions will be objective-type/ Multiple-Choice questions.

• There are overall 181 questions, however, you have to attempt 160 maximum. The test may be organised on multiple days in 2 slots per day based on the number of applicants and subject choices. duration of the test. For each session, the duration will be of 180 minutes.
• The total marks in MAH BA B.Ed B.Sc B.Ed CET/ NCET are 640.
• For every correct answer, you will be awarded +4. For wrong answers, 1 mark will be deducted. For unanswered questions, no marks will be subtracted.
