There will be 4 rounds of counselling, and seat allocation will be done per the respective rounds. MAH BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed CET 2024 Seat Allotment for CAP Round I and II

  • Candidates have to register for the counselling process. After completing the registration process, they will obtain the Registration ID and Login ID.
  • With the help of the login details, candidates will have to sign into the CAP portal to fill out the CAP online form and pay the registration fee.
  • Along with filling out the form, aspirants have to upload the scanned copy of the original documents such as SSC or HSC Mark Sheets or Undergraduate degree or Post Graduate Degree examination, a Domicile Certificate, a Birth Certificate, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate, a Caste Certificate and a Caste Validity Certificate or any other relevant document.
  • If an aspirant does not upload the required certificates or documents while submitting the CAP application form, then their form will not be accepted and considered for preparation of the merit list or seat allotment.
  • After the e-verification of the documents is done, the admission committee will issue the alphabetical and final merit list.
  • Candidates who are on the final merit list for CAP rounds I and II will be able to exercise college options for rounds I and II.
  • Based on the college choices submitted, seat availability, and reservation policies, the admission cell will declare the MAH BA B.Ed B.Sc B.Ed CET seat allotment 2024 for round I.
  • Similarly, after the display of vacant seats for round II and the publication of the merit list for NRI/ OCI/ PIO/ FNS/ CIWGC, the seat allotment for CAP round II will be announced.

  • After online scrutiny of certificates and merit list release, the seat allotment for this round will be made.
  • Those who did not receive a seat in any of the last 2 rounds are eligible to secure allocation in this round.
  • Additionally, CET-qualified new candidates who did not participate in the previous rounds due to failure to fill out the CAP online form and college option form will be considered for allotment in this round.

  • For this round, aspirants have to fill out online options for institute-level admissions.
  • The admission committee will publish the merit list for ACAP and Management Quota seats on the CAP portal.
  • The merit list will also be available on the college website.
  • A separate seat allocation list will not be created for this round. 
  • Admission will be granted based on the merit lists.

What After MAH BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed CET 2024 Seat Allotment?

Here are some important points regarding the events after MAH BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed CET 2024 seat allotment -

  • If seat allocation is done by the authorities as per the first choice of the candidates then such allotment will be automatically freezed. The aspirant in such cases has to accept the allocation and he will not be eligible to participate in the upcoming CAP rounds.
  • Aspirants who obtain seat allocation must report to the Admission Reporting Centre to confirm the allotment. While college reporting, they are required to present all the essential original documents and certificates related to their eligibility, academic qualifications, etc claims made in the online application.
  • Along with the certificates, candidates must furnish the “Provisional Allotment Letter”.
  • If the candidates are not able to produce the mandatory documents, then the admission committee will cancel the allotment and the seat will be available for allocation in the following CAP rounds.
  • Applicants have to pay a Seat Acceptance charge while confirming their allotment. They have to make the payment via the Candidate’s login at the Admission Reporting Centre.
  • After receiving the Seat Acceptance payment and completing the original document verification process, the Reporting Centre will confirm the assigned seat to the candidate.
  • The admission centre will then give an online receipt of seat acceptance to the relevant applicant.
  • After the officials complete the certificate verification, and any other requirements, the aspirants can pay the fees for admission.

Here are some important guidelines related to the MAH BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed CET 2024 seat allotment -

  • Allotment for CAP rounds I, II, and III will be done per the Inter-Se-Merit of aspirants, who have Maharashtra State Candidature. Further college options and vacant seats will be taken into account.
  • The allotment list released on the CAP portal will show the provisional allocation offered to the applicants. Please note that the admission cell will not send the provisional allotment letter or any personal communication by post.
