MAH B.Ed M.Ed CET eligibility criteria 2025 is specified by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, on the official website once the notification for the application process is out. The details of the eligibility can be accessed from the Information Brochure. 

To apply for MAH B.Ed M.Ed CET 2025, students must have a post-graduate degree in Science/ Social Sciences/ Humanities and secured 55% (50% for Backward class categories) or a similar grade.   • The candidate must have passed a Master's degree in Science / Social Science / Arts / Humanities from a recognised institute.
  • The candidates who have passed a Master's degree in Science must have studied major subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany.
  • The candidates who have passed a Master's degree in Humanities must have studied major subjects like English, Hindi, Urdu, Marathi, Sanskrit, and other language-related subjects.
  • The candidates who have passed a bachelor's degree in Arts must have studied major subjects like History, Economics, Geography, Political Sciences, Philosophy, Psychology, and Education.
  • The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 55% (50% for the reserved candidates) in the qualifying exam.

MAH B.Ed M.Ed CET 2025 Domicile Rules

As per the domicile rule prescribed by the Maharashtra entrance cell, the candidates who are permanent residents of Maharashtra will be given preference at the time of admission. In terms of eligibility for MAH B.Ed M.Ed CET, the minority candidates having domicile in Maharashtra will be given a relaxation of 5% in the required aggregate in the qualifying exam. The candidates who are outside of Maharashtra and belong to the minority class will be considered as General category candidates.

There is no upper age limit to apply for the MAH B.Ed M.Ed CET 2025 entrance exam. The age of the applicants will be calculated as of July 1, 2025.
