After the seat allotment, the admission authority will release the seat allotment letter. The letter will consist of all the important details of the allotted institute. The candidates will have to download the seat allotment letter and bring it along with them at the time of the reporting. The MAH B.Ed M.Ed CET 2024 seat allotment letter will be available on the official website and the candidates can follow the given instructions to download it:

Here are the general guidelines of MAH B.Ed M.Ed CET 2024 Seat Allocation Guidelines for candidates and Institutes -

  • Allotment of State Level Seats in CAP Round-I and II shall be done according to the Inter-Se-Merit of candidates who have Maharashtra State Candidature. 
  • Applicants will have their seats assigned to them based on their Inter-Se-Merit, the number of alternatives they have filled out, and the number of available seats at that particular stage of the CAP Round-I and II process.
  • All candidates who are still eligible at a further level of the allotment process will be evaluated for allotment of a seat in that stage, regardless of whether or not they were granted a seat in an earlier stage of the allotment process.
  • During any step of the allotment process, the candidate may receive an upward shift in the allocation with respect to the alternatives that were selected by the applicant in accordance with the number of seats that were available at that particular point in time.
  • During each step of the allotment process, all candidates from reserved categories, including those who identify as SBC, would be given priority for positions.
  • Any seats that become available as a result of upward adjustments will be put up for consideration for allotment in successive sessions of the same stage, in accordance with the provisions of the stage in which they are located.
  • The allocation that was made against the first option available in the order of preference that was filled in is the one that would be kept for the final allotment.
  • The provisional allotment that has been offered to the candidates will be shown on the allotment list that is available on the website. 
  • In this regard, the candidates will not receive any allotment letters or personal communications from the CET Cell.
  • A candidate who has been given a seat must download the "Provisional Seat Allotment Letter" before taking their seat. At the moment of seat acceptance, the candidate is required to pay a Seat Acceptance Fee at an Admission Reporting Centre using their Candidate's Login. 
  • After confirming that the candidate satisfies all of the eligibility requirements and checking the authenticity of the original documents, the Reporting Center will decide whether or not to confirm the candidate's seat. 
  • The responsibility for issuing the Online Receipt of Acceptance is on the Centre in Charge.
  • The charge for accepting a seat will be one thousand rupees for all candidates who are accepted, and this amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • If the Candidate does not appear in person to accept the seat offer, this will be interpreted as a refusal of the offer made by the Candidate.
  • The Admitting College will cancel the candidate's admission if, at any time, any of the documents or certificates forwarded by the applicant is discovered to be invalid or fake and / or the applicant does not fulfil the eligibility norms. It is up to the candidate to make sure that they meet all of the eligibility requirements.
  • candidates who do not choose to take the allotted seat have the option of not paying the seat acceptance fee at the Reporting Center. This will result in the candidate losing the seat. candidates who did not accept the seats that were awarded to them during CAP Round I have the opportunity to take part in CAP Round II by submitting a new choice form for Round II.
  • The Principal is required to revoke the Candidate's admission if it is discovered if any of the assertions made on the application form or any of the information submitted by the applicants in relation with his admission is proven to be untrue or misleading. An appeal against the decision to cancel admission can be submitted to the Competent Authority within seven days of receiving notification of the decision. 
  • The decision on the appeal will be made by the Competent Authority within a period of fifteen days, and that decision will be final.
  • Allegations regarding the use of false credentials are to be investigated in a time-bound manner, and if such admission is proven to be fraudulent, it is to be revoked. In addition, the required action must be taken by the Competent Authority.

MAH B.Ed M.Ed CET 2024 Seat Acceptance Process

The candidates who have been allotted the seats through MAH B.Ed M.Ed CET 2024 seat allotment, will have to either accept or reject the seats. The seat acceptance process for MAH B.Ed M.Ed CET 2024 will go through the following guidelines:

  1. The seats that have been allotted to the candidate as per his/ her first preference will be auto-freezed. Such candidates will have to visit the ARC and accept their seats by paying a seat acceptance fee. Such candidates will not be allowed to sit for the subsequent rounds. In case the candidate does not accept the seat before the last date, his / her seat will be cancelled.

  2. The candidates who have not been allotted seats as per their first preference but are satisfied with the allotment can also visit the ARC to accept the seats by paying an acceptance fee. For such candidates, the seats will be frozen and they can visit the allotted institute for admission. Such candidates will not be allowed to sit for the subsequent rounds.

  3. If the candidate has not been allotted the seat as per his / her first preference and if the candidate accepts the seat by visiting the ARC, then he / she will be eligible to participate in the subsequent rounds for the betterment.

  4. If the candidate has not been allotted the seat as per his / her first preference and if the candidate has not accepted the seat allotted by visiting the ARC, then he / she will be eligible to participate in the subsequent rounds.

MAH B.Ed M.Ed CET 2024 Institutional Round Admission

The admissions for these seats will be handled by the institution's Principal or Director in the following manner:

  • Admissions will be conducted in a fair manner and purely on the basis of the Inter-Se-Merit of the Candidates who have submitted applications following verification of documents.
  • All of the information in the Brochures and Prospectus should be available on the Institution's website as well.
  • The institution shall request applications by publishing the admission schedule and the amount of seats to be filled by the institution through advertisement on the institute's website.
  • The colleges / institutes will publish the merit list on the college webpage and the notice board.
  • Candidates will have to seek enrollment as per the published merit list of the institute-level phase.
  • Colleges will notify the confirmation of the admission through college login.
  • Applicants must note that no admission will be allowed post the cutoff date declared by the State CET Cell.
