  • Candidates in their final year graduation examination (Arts or Commerce or Science stream) are qualified to apply for the Odisha B.Ed Entrance Exam 2025. Even though the candidature is based on the aggregate percentage of marks obtained during the graduate degree at the time of admission failing which the candidature will be rejected. 
  • Interested candidates need to pass Odia as MIL to the HSC level or any equivalent examination or have passed Odia as a subject in a specific examination conducted by BSE, Odisha of HSC standard or have passed HSC Examination of BSE, Odisha in Odia medium with MIL other than Odia.
  • Candidates who have passed the HSC examination of BSE, Odisha without Odia as MIL should produce a certificate to the effect from the Headmaster of the concerned school that they have passed the HSC examination in Odia medium.
  • Aspirants with disabilities need to show a certificate of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, 5% of seats shall be reserved for candidates with benchmark disabilities of the following categories, who are fulfilling the physical condition and functional classification of the job role for which the course is pursued with a) Blindness and low vision, b) Deaf and hard of hearing, c) Locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy.
