The Maharashtra CET cell will set the MAH HM CET 2025 syllabus. However, applicants can begin preparing for the exam using the previous year's proposed syllabus. English: It includes vocabulary, definitions of words and their understanding, antonyms, synonyms, idioms, and spellings.
Food and Beverage Operation: It includes the provision of food and beverages, the use of associated terminology, the management of inventories, and the upkeep of infrastructure and equipment for the industry.
Food Production: It includes topics such as food production procedures, terminology for Indian and other cuisines, bakery and confectionery, hygienic and safety requirements, and kitchen infrastructure.
Hospitality Industry related: Tourism types, hotel and restaurant brands and segments, airlines, terminology used in the hospitality industry, and organisations and governing bodies with a focus on the hospitality sector.
Rooms Division: Planning & designing of hospitality organisations, laundry operations and procedures, clothes & textiles, and housekeeping and front office activities are all included in the rooms category.
