NERIST NEE registration was completed on April 3, 2025. Following a successful registration, you can download the NERIST NEE 2025 admit card from the exam website starting from April 15, 2025. The NERIST Entrance Examination (NEE) is an offline exam administered in the North Eastern States ( Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura). The North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) conducts this entrance test for admission to BTech, BTech LE, BSc (Hons) in Forestry, and certificate courses. NEE-I, NEE-II, and NEE-III are administered for admission to certificate courses, BTech & BSc (Hons) in Forestry, and BTech Lateral Entry, respectively. NEE-II (PCM) is held for students hoping to take admission in BTech courses, whilst NEE-II (PCB) is held for students seeking admission to BSc (Hons) in Forestry. Students who pass the NEE must participate in NERIST counseling rounds to gain admission.

North Eastern Regional Institute of Science & Technology started the NERIST NEE 2025 registrations on its official website from January 15, 2025. The last date of submitting the online NERIST NEE 2025 application form was April 3, 2025. Following the completion of the application form filling process, the NEE application form correction window was opened from April 4 to 7, 2025.  The Registration process for NERIST NEE 2025 will have multiple steps. 1. Registration: You can access the NERIST NEE registration link from the official website, neeonline.ac.in, click on the Online Application for NEE-2025 to begin the registration process.
2. Sign up: Once you have accessed the application form portal, you will be required to sign up with details such as name, username, DOB, and password. 
3. Activation: Activate your online application using the email address and activation code you provided during the registration procedure.
4. Program Selection: Select the Program Type and Name, then verify eligibility.
5. Fill out the online form: If the applicant confirms the eligibility requirements and continues with the program, the next page opens. You must click on "Application Details". The application form will appear on your screen. Then you must complete the application form with the necessary information.
6. Uploading scanned images: In the following stage, you need to upload scanned image files of your photograph and signature one by one.
7. Fill in academic details: You must then fill out the Academic Details section.
8. Choose the exam center: Now, you will be required to select an Examination Centre preference.
9. Review: After filling out all of the details, you must examine and confirm the information. 
10. Fee Payment: Pay the registration fee.

Note:  You can fill out the complete NERSIT NEE 2025 application form in a single session or fill in one part of the online application form and save and complete the same later. However, you must complete the NERIST NEE 2025 registration process and payment of registration fee before the last date, i.e., April 3, 2025.

The NERIST NEE 2025 Syllabus will be published by the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST). The NERIST NEE 2025 syllabus is a list of major topics and chapters from which questions will be asked at the NERIST Entrance Examination. The NERIST NEE syllabus 2025 for B.Tech and BSc H Forestry varies. NERIST NEE exam pattern 2025 will include important information such as exam mode, exam duration, marking scheme, section-wise weightage, etc. The NERIT NEE 2025 exam will be held in offline mode. The NERIST NEE exam 2025 will include MCQ-type questions. You will be given an OMR sheet to answer the questions. You will be given 3 hours to solve the questions. There will be a negative marking in the NERIST NEE 2025 exam. 1/4 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

The NERIST NEE answer key 2025 for the MCQ-based NEE will be released at nerist.ac.in following the NERIST NEE 2025 exam. The NEE 2025 answer key will include the correct answers to all questions on the NEE exam. You can use the answer of NERIST NEE 2025 to check the correct answers and calculate tentative scores. The authorities will provide the option of challenging the answer key. You have to pay INR 500/- for each objection in online mode only. It should be noted that challenges sent via post/email in person will not be accepted; only online submissions will be allowed.

NERIST NEE result 2025 will be released on 20 May 2025. You will be able to check your NEE 2025 result from the result window. The authorities will release separate results for NEE I, NEE II, and NEE III papers.

NERIST NEE counselling 2025 will be held following the release of the result. Students who pass the NERIST NEE exam will be eligible for the counselling process. You must show up for the NERIST NEE counseling process in accordance with the timetable that the authorities have published.
