The PAU CET (Punjab Agricultural University Common Entrance Test) is an annual entrance examination conducted by Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana. This exam is conducted to provide admission to various undergraduate agriculture courses, including B.Tech in Food Technology, B.Tech in Biotechnology, and B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture (4 Years) offered by the university. Candidates from Punjab and the Union Territory of Chandigarh are eligible to apply for the PAU entrance examination.
To apply for the PAU program, candidates can easily complete and submit the application form online through the official website. Candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent education with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and/or Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The minimum age requirement is 16 years.
Once you have completed the application process, you will receive your PAU admit cards. The PAU entrance exam is taken on paper and includes sections on physics, chemistry, mathematics/biology, and agriculture/basic sciences, depending on the subject you applied for. The exam lasts 3 hours and has a maximum score of 800.
