Domicile Rajasthan JET Exam Eligibility Criteria 2025
Students with state domicile will fill all seats in institutes affiliated with Rajasthan State Agriculture Universities, as well as nearly 5% of seats in private Rajasthan universities. Candidates applying for the exam must meet the JET Rajasthan eligibility criteria 2025 listed below to be considered a Rajasthan domicile.:
The applicant must have studied for three years continuously in a school recognised by the Rajasthan Government.
OR
The father or mother of the student has been residing in Rajasthan for the past 10 years and the candidate has been studying continuously during this period for the past five years in a school in Rajasthan.
OR
The aspirant must be a bona fide resident of Rajasthan. Even though the candidate may be presently studying in a school in any of the states other than Rajasthan.
OR
The father or mother of the pupil must be a retired/ present employee at one of the following undertakings for at least three years continuously:
Government of Rajasthan and Officer of All India Services in the State Cadre of Rajasthan
Undertaking/ Corporation/ Improvement Trust/ Municipal Bodies duly constituted by the Government of Rajasthan by an act of Law
Any of the State Universities in Rajasthan or Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan
OR
The father or mother of the student is a retired/ presently serving the Indian Defence Service (Army/Navy/Air force) either of Rajasthan origin irrespective of their place of posting or is posted in Rajasthan at the time of the last date of the application for admission.
OR
The father or mother of the applicant is a retired/ presently serving the Para-Military Forces of India either of Rajasthan origin irrespective of their place of posting or is posted in Rajasthan at the time of the last date of the submission of application.
OR
The father or the mother of the candidate is the Rajasthan High Courtโs judge. Such students; however, will have to submit an undertaking that they have not claimed this benefit in any other state.
