The SBI SO 2024 selection of the candidates is done based on the overall performance in the entrance exam and Personal Interview. SBI decides the qualifying marks, basis which, candidates are called for Personal Interview. It must be noted that only qualified candidates in SBI SO selection process 2024 will be recruited for positions of Specialist Officer Posts in banks. • Online Written Test: The Online Written Test marks the initial phase of the SBI SO selection process, encompassing Papers 1 and 2, commonly referred to as the preliminary and main exams respectively. • Interview: Upon clearing the Online Written Test, candidates proceed to the interview phase. Shortlisting ensures that the selected candidates align closely with the specific requirements and objectives of the contractual positions, thus ensuring optimal performance and contribution to the organization's goals.

Document Verification For SBI SO 2024 Selection Process

For SBI PO verification purposes, candidates will have to bring the following documents:

• Copy of one ID proof

• Experience certificates

• Proof of Date of Birth

• Brief resume of the candidate

• Educational Certificates like Mark-Sheets or Degree Certificate

• Copy of a valid OBC/SC/ST certificate (if applicable)

• E-Receipt for SBI SO 2022 fee payment
