An important point to be taken into consideration is that a CEED score does not guarantee a student’s admission. The participating institutes under the CEED Exam are likely to verify whether a student is eligible according to the criteria set by IIT Bombay, and these institutes are more likely to scrutinize the caste/category certificates, and other important documents. As for the validity of the CEED 2025 Score, it will be valid for only one year from the date of declaration of the CEED Result 2025.
The conducting institute of the Common Entrance Examination for Design, or the CEED Exam has put no kind of restrictions on the number of attempts a candidate can give with regards to this examination. Students are only required to fulfill the eligibility criteria of CEED 2025 to sit for this exam. Furthermore, no upper age limit has been specified by IIT Bombay.
The best way to prepare for the CEED 2025 Exam is to focus on revising concepts and practicing consistently. Making and following a proper study schedule will help a student to stay disciplined during their preparation journey. Solving previous year questions papers of the CEED Exam and sitting for time-bound mock tests will help the student to manage their time in the exam hall. Another perk of solving previous year question papers of CEED is that the student will be able to distinguish topics of utmost importance and will be able to place emphasis on their weaker areas of study.
Students will be tested on 5 major subjects under Part B of the CEED Examination, such as Sketching, Creativity, Form Sensitivity, Visual Sensitivity, Problem Identification. Thus, the only way to prepare for CEED Exam Part B is to focus on honing their skills with regards to drawing, sketching, and improving their visualization skills. Practice will give the student an upper edge to do better in this part of the examination.
The CEED Exam 2025 consists of 2 sections - Part A and Part B. Questions from both the sections of the CEED Exam are compulsory to attempt. Part A of the CEED Exam includes objective-type questions like NATs, MSQs, MCQs. Whereas, on the other hand, Part B of the CEED Exam includes subjective-type questions wherein the student will be required to sketch and prove their aptitude and skills with regards to designing.
