- 2 recent passport-size color photographs

- Copy of Matriculation or Secondary Certificate
- Educational Qualification Certificate
- Caste or Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities Certificate (if applicable)
- Certificates For Ex-Servicemen - Serving Defence Personnel (if applicable), Undertaking, and Discharge (if discharged from Armed Forces)
- Relevant Age Relaxation certificate (if applicable)
- Central Government Civilian Employees Certificate
- NOC i.e No Objection Certificate (if already employed in Government or Govt. undertakings)
- Applicable documents related to name change after matriculation on marriage/remarriage/divorce, etc.
- Any other document(s) prescribed in Admission Certificate for DV round.
